- In today's review, we'll take a look at the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63S AMG, a high-performance luxury sedan that represents the pinnacle of the C-Class lineup. Got myself a M177 coupe while I could. I prefer the pre-facelift though which the raw sound/power isn’t muffled like facelift versions.
renntech can fix it for you and getting the facelifted version is a much better looking version.

Thank you! I would have to go with the C63s. I love the way the engine sounds, it’s very comfortable and practical as a daily, & from a reliability standpoint I think the M177 will hold up better than an S63TU. Still love the M6 though.

No it was equipped with the standard exhaust.
Thanks for the review. That interior has aged horribly due to the ornate, period specific quality of the design choices v the staid, timeless F8X aesthetic. I dig the optional sport seats. Transmission leaves much to be desired. All AMG V8s sound the same. This breathy, crackly note which I'm not crazy about personally. Will depreciate and not rebound unlike M3/4s.
The tone of the engine stays pretty consistent even when revving it out. The transmission is probably one of the weakest aspects of the car especially when compared to competitor DCT equivalents. I do think these will rebound as they are the last generation of 8 cylinder C63s to be produced. Thanks for watching!

m3 m4 has a better transmission however the interior aged horribly only car that aged worse is the camry interior. very boring accelerating really fun taking corners, one of the most boring sounding 6 cylinders ive heard. reliability wise id give it a 3 at best. im talking about the 2015 f series of that gen
