I write a list on a piece of paper of all abusive behavior they have done and what I did about it. Usually I have 10 serious offenses, did nothing did nothing complained but DID nothing Now I keep the list close and instead of complaining And doing nothing. I now stay away from a longer list and then. The violations were strong violations. Now I'm learning how to live longer versus how to do life her or his way
There patterns that's how you know there are NARC I was really hoping my ex NARC wasn't a narc,but when he was jealous of my dog,sized me up when I was dressed up,had me to come over to take him somewhere then ask another women,I was busting a bump on his back couldn't really get it,so I gave up,he said to me my friend so and so don't want to give name anyway,my friend she was able to get it last week and bust it,they try to make you jealous,Run Single life is Beautiful ❤
After 19 years, I’ve made up my mind to learn by all these videos about a narcissist. I’ve discovered my husband is a covert, narcissist, bipolar, and has inner child trauma with ex-wife trauma. He always outbursts on me when I do make a comment because he never sits down to talk to me, I come out with comments so he barks at me so loud, so finally in the past three years have been leaving for weeks and months at a time. Now I’m finding out his family is doing witchcraft to kill me, but father God has intervened and is now given them the karma. My life has been difficult but glory to God he’s always with me🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
