    Thank you for these excercises I'm at day- 2 from daily routine excercise playlist but I was unable to them these excercises is perfect I'm sweating a lot I hope to keep the consistency and whoever is also trying to lossen up some weight before 2022 fighting! 😊💚

    I think it worked, I tried this today and my arm really hurts💀 It's a sign it could be working! Im only available doing this at Saturday and Sunday though😢

      Yes, definitely, Najiya! But know that I don't really believe in strict diets. I believe that you should have a balanced nutrition that will help your body stay healthy and strong! If there are foods that you should stay away from, it's grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck - you got this!💪❤️

      Well, Iva, the calories that you will burn depend on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. There's a calorie counter included in this workout and it will provide you with an estimated amount of calories that you will burn. But if you want the results to be tailored to your actual BMI, it's best to use your own calorie counter. Good luck and keep exercising for the best results!❤️💪
