I have been with my girlfriend for more than 5 years. She is Filipina and I am a U.S. citizen. She works in Hong Kong and we plan to get married next year either in Hong Kong, or online just just before I travel to Hong Kong. However, I was in State prison 30 years ago and have not been in any trouble since then. Would we have any problems being approved with us getting our CR1 visa?
