    Keep in mind, While not mentioned in the video since the vendors with smaller bank rolls were glossed over. If you want to do a bit more running around, you can also hit a few other Small shops in Neon that have 2-5k in credits to sell things to such as Arboron in the Ryujin Tower, The Mining League, Tranquilitea and The Emporium (3.5k). If you put in the legwork and hit every single vendor you could squeeze out some more credits. Thanks for watching, stay safe out there, and Good Hunting!

    Neon vendors:
    Kore Kinetics (elevator by Astral Lounge) - 12,500
    The Emporium - 3,500
    Sieghart's - 5,000
    Neon Mining League - 5,000
    Trade Authority - 11,000
    Neon Tactical (weapons only) - 12,500
    Newill's - 5,000
    Tranquilitea (Ryujin lobby) - 1,500
    Arboron (Ryujin lobby) - 4,500
    Did I miss anyone? Should net over 60k per visit. Other than your civilian outpost vendor method, I think Neon is the best place to sell stuff, as most everything is close together and close to the spawn point. There are lots of loading screens, though.

      @lance134679 Aside from the civilian outpost, you are 100% correct.. Neon is one of the best places to sell off you’re stuff (wait time is 24/35 though which is around 1:38 RT). You didn’t miss anyone, I typically hit all the vendors that are 5k+ (that buy weapons) for a quick run. Then just bounce from Jemison (just Centurion Arsenal) to Neon to Key to Outpost. I have to confess the first mod I installed was the one that makes the vendors have a enough credits to actually buy all that 1 cred junk I pick up compulsively.

      @Kelticfury If I’m being honest, the last game I played on PC was EverQuest, back when the level cap was 85 lol. LoL, dang there goes my secret, but there was a big mining supply vendor, so all the rss I needed and the credits to boot. Made selling all I got from looting the Clubhouse sweeter given I hit it twice. 1st time maxed Commerce, second time decorated the Dream House and the 3 outpost habitats. One note on that secret vendor; it seems they don't care where the outpost is placed so do a good Reccee, and if the ship's outpost pad is close enough, you can sell from the ship's hold.

      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +4

      @Jomookz It was the same thing with Fallout, had to run around to a bunch of different vendors so you could get rid of all your junk, and even then they didn’t have enough money to dish out, and the wait/sleep times for reset differed. It was prolly brought up in testing, but Bethesda went with the Fallout Vendor Credit Model,

    5K credits is nothing when there are plenty of high level gear that sells for way more than that; or even 12.5k credits for that matter. I'm having the same issue with selling unwanted ships. I have 2 Va'ruun Class C ships I can get 73k plus change and yet every ship vendor I've gone to only has 72k credits. So the only solution I can think of for either of these examples is to "buy" stuff to inflate how much credits the vendor has so I can actually sell the things I want to sell? This has got to be one of the dumbest design choices in just about any game I've played.

    While the civilian outpost is great, the RNG around finding one can be frustrating. But once you do, you can do the weapon crate exploit and sell them in the same location (great!). However, I've found that Neon is definitely the best spot. After I trade out for ammo and med packs (buy them out, then sell your exploited weapons to get your credits back and whatever credits they had), a single pass may net me 45-50k per run in about five minutes. Since all the stores are so close to each other, the two minute wait to rest is negligible in comparison.

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +3

      @rickyricardo4331 100% agree. The RNG for trader has to be on your side, and Neon is a great place to sell, even though I tend to pass over the smaller shops lol. The good news is that after a lot of trial and error, finally figured out a way to use the civilian outpost trader as a sort of gateway to sell to the other ship vendors and make a few million pretty (20-30min) quick. Which is all you need really, even if you want to go ship builder crazy, just finished the Thumbnail for it, and should have it all thrown together for the weekend. Thanks again for the comment! The only thing I pick up anymore is ammo in NG3. I can sell it and make enough to stay in my ammo and it doesn't weigh anything. I don't like hauling around the whole universe to sell 2 guns here 2 suits there for money I probably won't use and will lose anyway.

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +2

      @AmySorrellMusic If you are just heading through the game to reach NG+10, then it really doesn’t make sense to loot a bunch of stuff. But if you are looking to eventually go crazy with ship building or outpost construction, you may need some extra cash on hand. If you don’t like hauling stuff around the whole universe, you could use the outpost vendor method outlined towards the end of the video. Refined it a bit and figured out a way to squeeze a lot more credits from her, which I’ll push out in the next video at the end of the week. Thanks for the comment! Until next time stay safe out there, and as Always….. Good Hunting!

    The key is 1:1 because it’s not on a planet, anywhere in space is UT. Also to make a small correction with the SysDef/Crimson quest line, you only need to be arrested to trigger those faction quests. I stole something from UC Surplus, sold it to TA and was going about my business for a good 20 minutes and was arrested in my NG+3 play through, so I obviously had to side with the pirates since I was basically forced into it for no reason. Also if you kill Ikande and attack sus def right away you can skip the BS and go straight to joining Crimson fleet and since you’re left to seek out crimson on your own, go to Cydonia and walk by the bar on the main stretch, someone will approach you to join Crimson.

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +3

      @cdy4rp You are 100% correct that the Mining Shop, and Auberon in the Ryujin Tower also buy weapons and everything else, and I should have mentioned them since they each have 5k credits to dish out and buy everything. However, in the initial video planning, I really just intended on covering those vendors that had the most credits to spend (11k+). I’ll edit the video description to mention those shops as well. The most frustrating thing for me is since I leveled up my commerce i can sell stuff for a lot more but the vendors aren’t leveled accordingly.

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  9 месяцев назад +1

      @agoodballet 100% It’s super frustrating. I did put out a video a few weeks ago that outlines a decent way to quickly rack up millions of credits since it’s useful if you want to really get into ship building or you want to buy expensive ships like the Narwal. Unfortunately it utilizes a small exploit, and while you really shouldn’t have to use an exploit to sell all your stuff, it’s a Bethesda game so it is what it is. The commerce perk should have added a 75% increase to all vendor credit pools…..that would have been super useful if they wanted to stick with their vendor credit model, but also keep players happy. Thanks for the comment! Until next time stay safe out there, and as Always…. Good Hunting!!

    I found a settlement on Venus and was able to build an outpost 245m from the vendor. There's a chair next to the vendor for an easy 1hr reset. This settlement enables me to access my ship inventory while at the vendor

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +4

      @novoca1n3 Venus is another soot where time dilation is greater than 48 hours UT per 1 hour of wait or rest. As depicted in the video, it is the same scenario except on Tau Ceti 4b. The vendor has ship modifications availible, as well as a chair at her counter to rest. Since these types of Civilian Outposts are procedurally generated, you can likely find one on quite a few planets this would work well on. Again, as long as 1 hour of rest/wait is equal to or greater than 48 hours UT.

    • @novoca1n3

    • @mid40sgamer
      @mid40sgamer  10 месяцев назад +3

      @novoca1n3 The one in the video has ship building as well. So basically when you land at a random landing zone on any planet, the game has a list of locations that it randomly generates, one of which is the Civilian Outpost with an inside vendor with ship building as mentioned in the video. @rashadroberts2910 So there are technically commodities, but sadly no one has the cash to trade with you in bulk (would be sweet if you could make a business deal with Benjamin Bayu for unlimited Incidite wafers). Sadly it’s likely a way to limit how many credits you could achieve (which would literally be in the billions if vendors had the money). Thanks for the conversation, always appreciated! @ecobasetech4558 Depends on how much junk I have, but Now and again I do pop into off load at the kiosk, and then to see Marcel. I mostly use the Den to offload Contraband or stolen goods. The outpost vendor is the main vendor I sell to, since it’s right there. And if you stack a bunch of junk on your ship, his/her ship vendor credits are tied to his/her store credits. Then I just fly the ship back to New Atlantis, enter ship builder, and delete the parts for cash. Have another video compiling with that method included, which is tied to some weapon and item glitching / legendary farming. Thanks for the comment!
