I am so chuffed you made this. I tried an apple cake a few weeks ago. Started out in my tower air fryer ove which didn't cook it fully so I then moved it into my ninja and finished it off but wasn't over pleased with the end result because it had been stopped and started and moved around the kitchen lol and also had no clue what times and temps at the end of it all. I wasn't sure about how much mixture I should have used or anything really so you've absolutely made my day with this one. Thank you so much ❤

Hi Sarah 💜 I had a flat battery in my scales a few weeks ago and like you had all ready to go 😅 Then my friend told me to look up measurements in cups but that seemed like hard work at the time 🤣 I've had so many budget hand blenders over the years and the ninja was a present that I'm so grateful for it has a few attachments also. I'm feeling the cold at the moment so I'm sitting with a wee heater under my desk. I hope you're doing ok lovely and are curled up warm big hugs 💕x

I did think about just eyeballing the ingredients but it put me in a bad mood 😂, I wouldn't mind but my kitchen is only a small council house one, yours is absolutely amazing I love your kitchen ❤. I've put my electric blanket back on my bed but it's just hard keeping warm during the day, as soon as my hands get cold that's it it's horrible and they tingle 🙁. As an aside I made your cheese and onion thingy again but I used cottage cheese as well as about 1/4 cup of cheddar. It was delicious. I have a feeling this is similar to a WW or SW recipe I used in the last century! Anyway it was really good. Xx

Hi Ken 👋 I wouldn't bother with any liner using the silicone as there fairly non-stick as they are 😊 Bread and butter pudding is now up a few days later than planned x
Lindz often wondering why you use the brown paper in your baking pans. I use butter around the edges of pan and depending on recipe sprinkle flour onto the butter making sure there's only a dusting of flour remaining. Your recipes are the greatest and look so tastee Regards Dee for Across the Pond

Hi Carole 💜 I'll have to look it up as it was a gift, but it's the ninja hand blender foodi 3in1 with attachments turns into a hand mixer with whisk attachment and mini chopper bowl. I've had so many basic ones over the years, but this one is fancy. It is amazing 😄 I can't get enough apples at the moment, so many different things to make. Hope you're keeping well, lovely, and you're not worn out with all your batch cooking Xx
