Surprised to learn through reading the comments that so many people did not know how to remove the skin from salmon. But skin less salmon can be bought so readily.
Try this. Using a can of condensed (sweetend) milk. Put the can (and small water bottom) in the air fryer pan. You are going to boil the intact can, and turn over after 30 mintues and finished off the top of the can. What will happen within the can pressure is that the milk proteins will turn toasty, while the sugars will caramelize. What was condensed milk turns into the thickest, smoothest creamy toasty, nutty, caramelized cream. Put this instead of milk or other hot chocolate water etc into your hot chocolate. Spring will pop out, as this thick and sugary hot chocolate will burn going down, but also bring out a sweat to your entire body. This is the way real Midwest (South Dakota) hot chocolate is served. Once you have this, you can't go back to blah hot chocolate.

Minute 8:27 where you drain chickpea liquid into sink. No, no, no! One quarter cup of that liquid (aquafaba) equals one egg for cooking. We know the price of eggs! Eggs cost $4 per dozen here in Canada.
