- Various types of vehicles were apprehended for misusing the exclusive EDSA bus lane.
The EDSA Busway has organized the City buses and resulted in a more efficient public transport service. But it’s heavily reliant on having at least one exclusive lane for the buses.
Cars, motorcycles, vans and other types of vehicles have access to multiple regular lanes on the highway.

1. Get a 360 camera. That way, you can capture what's happening, however, which way you turn.
2. For the enforcers, with all the fines the government is getting, they can afford to provide enforcers with body cams. These can be used to file charges against those who run away for reckless driving and even attempted homicide if that applies when someone tries to run over an enforcer.

dapat gawing 20k ang violation sa 1st offense, 30k 2nd offense at 50k sa 3rd offense para madala at matuto ang mga pasaway na lumalabag sa pagdaan ng mga hindi authorized na dumaan dyan sa bus lane.

Those vehicles who swerve unsafely from the bus lane to the other lanes in order to evade the enforcers should also be charged with reckless driving.
I will never get tired of watching edsa bus lane violators on your channel.

Also include other violation/s in the ticket not only the busway violation. Such as.. blurred or no plate number, unauthorized used of commerative plates or stickers, excess passenger & among others
They never learned,For me it's already very high penalty and i don't think they are all rich.Only they don't use thier normal brain.They make it again and again.For this people money is not a problem.Thanks for sharing GA ialways watching video like this especially from you.God bless!❤

Sana may enforcers before the bridge and and a highly visible warning sign (electronic or decal) above bridge. In my observation on this clip, it looks like hinihintay ng mga enforcers ang mga riders and motorist pag baba nila sa bridge na magkamali going into the trap within the bus lane carousel. However, marami din talaga ang mga makukulit at walang diciplina.
It is very tough job being an enforcer because the risks they face every minutes of the day.
Ang sarap kasing mag drive sa busway. Parang heaven. 😅

Penalty should be multiplied by the number of violations done and without mercy.
Its easily 10k for first offence since most of the violators are also absconding.
Now imagine if there are more violations pile up.
Arrogant, no helmet, illegal plate, illegal modifications, usurpation of authority, etc.
Kung natiionwide ang ganitong hulihan at multa baka may pag-asang mabawasan ang income tax ng lahat. Wish lang po!

How many of these people do you think is really not aware? Is there a proper sign/marking where the bus lane starts? I do not know because the last time I drove in EDSA was before the pandemic.
If they didn't know they're not allowed, why would they leave the bus lane once they see the enforcers?
They're going to the bus lane because they don't care about the miniscule fine, only 5K for the first offense? Chicken feed! 😂
what baffles me is considering their daily income. let's say they earn 1k per day (which is already on the higher end). that's five days of work essentially for nothing.

motorcycle riding companies should also discipline their riders, if this continues they should also be penalized.
They should increase the penalty more. Leaving the lane or even their failed attempt at avoiding the enforcer should already be flagged for license suspension

These enforcers are confiscating the license. The driver will need to pay their penalty before they can get it back.

My opinion, because there was not that much job creation for the people, as well as them not able to provide solutions to the lack of transportation means to the continued increase of the population, legalizing motorcycle taxi was just the politicians' way of giving people their means of earnings.

Edit: 3:53 Driver says it's his first time in the area, yet he knows to go to the lane furthest from the bus lane once he saw the enforcers. An obvious excuse.
