▪️10 pushups, 15 squats between each round of burpees
▪️325 6-count burpees, 250 pushups, 375 squats
🛑 Stop rushing and slimeing through the 6-count burpees. Each count should be spoken and the movement should distinct.
Joining the Pack about a month ago, I tried out this WO today +61yo, weighing close to 100kg 😢 I was really suffering but I finished in 2:11 hrs. 🥵 A big thanks to Art for being such an inspiration 🙏🏻

Great routine IW. Simple and brutal. 1 pumps are for the speedsters. 6 counts should be slow and methodical

Slowly and steady improving. This time lasted till 37:05. Personal best granted the rigor. My in betweens we're knee pushups but full squats.
Gave it a shot. Had to cut the volume down by starting at 15 burpees. Got it done in 40 minutes.
This was absolutely brutal .... I loved it xD took me just a tad bit longer but I did it 🥵 Another amazing workout thanks Wolf 🐺

Did this last night. I did 300 burpees the day before and thought "yeah I got this". Thanks Iron Wolf for yet another workout that reminds me to stay humble and keep pushing. Completed the whole thing in just under an hour, including two moments where I wanted to throw down the towel and call it done. Salute!
I think burpees are the way to go ..Better for Endurance,cardio,strenght,conditioning...no wsy

For a friends daughters friend (quadriplegic), I just did 25 down 10 counts with 5 pullups between rounds in 45-50 minutes (my watch died while going).
Is this good/bad or average?
Great routine brother. Basic, fundamental movements that are tried, tested and proven to work, when performed properly. Like many others out there, I’ll definitely be trying this. Salute!

Nice routine. Im still stuck on your 500 routine lol. I just love the cadence and consistency of it. But I do change it up with throwing in a different type of pushup or Ill throw in pull ups/chin ups.
Great tip on the 6 counts, I don't time myself but I'm guilty of rushing through the count.

Great reminder to all about the tempo discipline and form. There are “distractions” in the burpee world who promulgate this do it faster nonsense and it’s harmful.

Totally agree, I never time my routines. Doing any excersise strict is much harder than speed as you can't cut corners and you spend more time under load building muscle

If I do 10 burpees I can hardly breathe. It's not possible to do as many as you Iron Wolf without being massively out of breath. I think this is CGI. Either that or you're not human.
what is that final part of the burpee, where he taps the belly, is to re-allign posture in lower back, glutes and abs, or just for tempo, or racking knives or someshit ahhaha? genuine Q

I do push-ups sit-ups squats but i I don’t have a pull up bar and it feels incomplete as though I’m not ever working my back, not sure if this has ever been a problem for you and if so what was your solution?
I tried this yesterday and managed to get down to the 15 burpees round then I was completely gassed. Gave it everything but need to get fitter. Going to keep working, and aim to get all rounds down.
Today morning I did 130 nevy seal 260body jack 260 squads with in 36 minutes tq for motivation iron 🐺

Have a question love your workouts , I have been getting I guess burpee toe , I don’t want to stop your workouts, am I doing something wrong , I understand it’s like turf toe , I wear sneakers. Do you think I slip up with the form and it’s causing the injury? Feedback would be great !
Just curious, how come you don't do the jump at the end of the burpee? Too high impact when doing lots of them?
Great training !! I wish i had the time to do it. Without wanting to be rude, i will have replaced the push ups with renegate row, because it works back, and burpees are already working chest.
