Amazing workouts as always. No 1 fitness channel on the planet with real results. Not some guy who does 8 back flips into a pushup and then tells ya to do 20 of them , and then 20 of something else while only doing 10 himself on camera . Every single time the wolf does a full routine on camera no cuts. Nobody can go wrong with these workouts. Peace to the wolf's and pup's.
Alot of the iron wolf family can probably relate to this. Burpees outside your house early in morning. Neighbour looks over fence like wtf. I've noticed the stronger you become at Burpees the less you care about what others think.. Ironwolfs neighbors to scared to look out the window incase they are asked to join in lol..

OMG Man! This is your first workout ever that I have managed to complete with no rest whatsoever from beginning to end.
I thought I wasn’t gonna make it at the last set of mountain climbers, but I grunted on and kept on grinding until the end.
The sense of accomplishment is really unmatchable!

I'm not military, but still love your videos! I'm trying to workout using bodyweight circuit training instead of the same old weights at the gym. It's really fun and the workouts take less time than the gym, and they're much more dynamic. It is difficult at times to stay motivated, but videos like yours help out. Thank you for posting these videos, they're inspiring for anyone who watches them.

When I was in, we did the Daily 7, then did max pull ups and sit ups twice before the formation run. When we got back from the run, we did max pull ups snd sit-ups twice again and we were done. This was in the Infantry.
Great routine - thank you! I always reflect after where I know I did not give 100%. This time I slimed through the second set of 4-count mountain climbers. I punished myself for it on my 3rd set though. No easy day, Iron Wolf, we should all remember that indeed.

Wolf have to thank you for this one. When I first joined the army on 2004, believe it or not we did this same routine. So in good fashion I led my Recon platoon through it a couple weeks back. They were all sucking, in a good way! Thank you for sharing brother. Keep grinding and ty again.

Have been doing your workouts for a week now and it is seriously brutal for this chick. Tried this one all those jumping Jack's are horrible(esp. With a large chest.lol) I cried a little....then caught my breath and went back. Your workouts give me things to work up to and get better every day so I feel better about myself, thank you!!

Love this. Like I told you before I've been in the Army for 17 years. These are the type of work outs that I used to hate and love at the same time. I'm bringing back. Guess what recon platoon will be doing Tuesday mornin?!?! LoL happy memorial day weekend.

Revisiting old routines.. good solid 3 years of ironwolf style training... completed and kept up with Art to the end. Just over 36 mins. Well pleased.. 💪

Every time I do your workouts my knee flares up so fast man. Pisses me off.
Try doing knee to wall stretches 2 mins morning and 2 mins nights, mine improved over a week. I guess my quads were tight not sure if it’s the same for you.
Excellent grinder PT @ Iron Wolf. This kept me sane on Day 12 of 14 quarantine while on an overseas assignment. The workout was perfect for my little box of a hotel room. Keep up the moto and stay safe.

probably my favorite workout so far the last 2 minutes were unimaginably brutal I failed multiple times but finished... I can't imagine running three to five miles after this though

Did this again. It's been a year.. Once again I forgot how tough it was. My training partner had never done it before. His verdict "relentless". being relentless is good.

I know you did this not too long ago. But would you be able to go a little bit further into detail with your nutrition? Particularly maybe like a smoothie or something like that that you can make at home that you would drink?
Mountain climbers smoked me at the end but I got through with a couple of cheeky breathers. I like how these Marine PT workouts incorporate the mobility exercises, as it lets you get your wind back and shake off the fatigue. I haven't tried the MARSOC short card yet but I see that does the same with cherry pickers etc.
Well, I'm going to do this until I can finish it 100% without rests. Thank you.
