I have been on vacation in the Canary Islands for 5 days and have trained every day until now. Three times in the hotel complex and twice in the parking lot. All you need is a small mat from the hotel gym and a towel. It's completely sunny and 30 degrees. I come do my work and leave the place quietly. I would never have done that before, but since I've been training with Iron Wolf and the wolf pack it's been a matter of course. Thanks sir for the inspiration. No f ....... excuses. 🤝💪💯💥🙏🐺

Thanks Iron Wolf for another great routine. I took a rest day yesterday (Friday in Singapore) after completing the September Challenge for Beginners. Just finished my workout-15 rounds of 5-10-15 for Saturday. Your Challenge definitely upped my endurance. Working towards your intermediate standards. Tried this today and completed it in 53 minutes. Could have never done anything close to this 2 years ago. Navy seals at the end were killer but, awesome all at the same time. Much respect to the Ironwolf for the leadership and training routines! Get it Wolfpack!

I got not too high and not too low bar, so I don't have to jump when doing burpees pull-up. Just combined navysealkickout with pull smooth. Conditioning next level.
