10 rounds of 20 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 20 squat lunge combo, 20 burpees, 20 4ct flutter kicks
Did this workout for 6 months (M/W/F) with a run 10 minutes/walk 10 minutes for an 1hr on T/Th. Took the weekends off. For this workout I could only get through 3 rounds at first but gradually improved to completion. I lost 20 needed pounds and look ripped as hell (got abs yo!) Most importantly though, my resting heart rate went from 80's to mid 50's, sometimes it floats into the 40's. My energy level is at an all time high. I still do this workout on Fridays, but do some of his other workouts on M/W. This guy has changed my life and physical conditioning all free. All the thanks. You sir are a LEGEND
Salute brother!!
I agree
Finished. Haven’t gotten up off the floor yet. I think I live here now
Lol 😂
I'm sweating. The best part thanks wolf
🤣 I'm getting a few gym gals motivated to meet me in the morning to do it lol

Anyone else happy AF when jumping jacks come around again?

Jumping jacks are your recovery time!
@@petek2832 exactly
I am, that's like a recovery!
Yes sir
Did this workout today. This is absolutely transcendental. For anyone who will attempt this, I have only one thing to say: DO NOT GIVE UP BEFORE YOU GET ALL 10 ROUNDS. This is more than a workout, it is an invitation to know yourself. This is a workout that looks at you in the eyes and asks: Are you a savage? Show me! When I did it, by the middle of round 2 I thought "how the hell am I gonna get through this?". This is when my mindset changed. I wanted to hold myself accountable to the 10 Rounds, but all I could think was "This next round, I'm gonna get it". You don't think about the big picture, you just think about the task at hand, you don't even think about it actually, you just do it. Bring your soul to this workout, because your mind will leave you early. You will learn who you are. By round 7 I was in flowstate, I wasn't thinking, until poetry (of all things!) started coming into my mind. By the last round you will be in another zone of being, another dimension almost. My form was less than perfect, I'll admit it, but by round 10 it was like I was high on something. Reality changed. All that I could feel was my heart, my desire to be lethal, my screaming in the face of existence and feeling "I am a savage, I will not stop, I am ready to pass out right here right now, I don't give a fuck". This is a journey, I invite you all to do it, be prepared.
Iron Wolf, so much respect for you man. I recently found your channel and I had to jump into your workouts, because if anything your work ethic transpires through your movements, your words. It inspired me to be more, to become more. Cheers from Brasil, brother.
Hard work pays off! You did the right thing and didn’t give up! Salute to you brother and your hard work
Your comment gave me goosebumps.
I wont give up.
I am a mma/kickboxer i lately started go stop lifting weights and only doing shadow boxing and body weight workouts. What can one expect if i do one of your workouts every day? Can it be done everyday or you recommend 1 day off after every workout? You think i can continue to build strength without lifting? I think this will be more functional
Great words bro...I am so inspired then I decided to get this challenge!
@@MrCharlietoma I do some amateur boxing and I can say that the burpee workouts have strengthened my cardio and my heart, my ability to push through the pain, and it has gotten me out of my mind and more into a flow state. I have been able to keep a steadier pace on the heavy bag when I wanna shoeshine, and push it harder when I am throwing power shots. I definitely recommend this workout for your purposes.
I AM 55 years old and I finished this iron workout!!!
Alright
🏆great work!
Squat-lunge combo. Never thought of that. Ingenious.
this combo is a real killer ,absolutely brutal
I'm ready to give me legs and ass a kicking
This was the part I hated the most lol. The lunges killed my knees . Next time If my knees bother me I might just 4 count the squats to make up for the lunges.
Me and my brother did one round of this, during quarantine and I ended up throwing up in the sink, have to work my way up to 10 rounds
LOL 😆 at least you went hard
Wait 1 hour and half after eating before you start exercising
Just found his channel if it makes you feel better I was doing his burpee routine and made it to 7 mins and was breathing out my ass
Man it was the same for me. I am ashamed of myself, I will improve.
@@mikemike5973 Pace yourself
I did this today while doing Ramadan man the feeling when I complete the session is amazing. Props to you iron wolf , looking forward to all your next videos
Did this entire workout and it was rewarding. To anyone who attempts this you’re doing so much for yourself physically and mentally. Dig deep you can do it my friend. You all have a great day and thank you sir for the workout, I’ll be back for more.
Absolutely. I just did this for the first time - the last 3 rounds were a mental battle. Feels amazing when you've completed it! Onto the next one....

Easily hardest workout I've ever attempted. Played college baseball, nothing I've done in the past comes close.
I just finished this and I started to realize the waves of discomfort...1st) I feel the discomfort of pain and fatigue for about 15 mins . 2nd) your body adjust- this is when I start to internally motivate myself ex. Self talk. 3rd) the discomfort of almost there . this is when you are almost at the finish line and I starts to get heavy and painful. This is when I try to focus on the now. Just one step at a time and focus on the initial rep. 4th) realizing that its done.Man you feel that theres more inside you that you can achieve. Knowing the discomfort levels and how your mind talks during that time. Hopefully this help... thanks wolf!! You the best
Embrace the suck
For all the beginners including myself I found a good way to get clean reps at least for me was to slow the video down to 50% speed on the setting icon from the video.
That’s a good idea. Gradually build up.
Final Boss Level: Iron Wolf 2x
This routine is great, it’s good to see someone more interested in how they perform to how they look. I work as a PTI for the prison service & this workout is great for pointing out to the young lads that it doesn’t matter how big your biceps are, if you can’t keep up with your 53 year old instructor you need to change your training 👍
True. But I'm sure this would help with looks too tho. All of that in one crazy workout. Im sure you can get shredded if you do this consistently.
Reality check... was only able to get through one set. Time to change my bad eating and exercising habits
Keep on the grind brother and take care of yourself
Iron Wolf I believe you have two hearts given by God so when you get tired you switch up to the second heart ha..ha much respect I did this workout finished at round 8 Bless you sir
Another year later. Still going after it, this workout never gets easier.
I scaled this down and did 5 sets, and I’m beat. I’m going to do this work out until I can do to sets non-stop.
I set my own pace and aim for the reps. Could only ever keep up for a while on any routine. Young super-fit elite Marine vs old guy. I may still have the endurance but probably never had that level of pace. he is a machine.
This is now my Friday routine. Did 9 rounds of this in 55 minutes today. Next Friday I have no choice but to complete 10. I workout to Iron Wolf workouts six time a week. 🏴
I'm 40 I did half of the routine tomorrow I'll try to do until rep 6 , I'm.boxing one hour every afternoon plus this workout will keep me relaxed during the lock down in Mexico, could you do one full abs marine style work out for an old man like me , semper Fi marines
I'm also in Mexico, will give a go tomorrow... at 41 I'm guessing will take me 90mins+ . Saludos !!!
god the burpees are a fucking killer...
YES! 1,000 rep bodyweight workout! I'm going to hit this tonight after work
This is almost the Navy seals buds workout routine. This is actually made to hit every part of your body. Amazing work sir. Keep uploading such useful content. 👍

Bon courage!
7 rounds in... this is a beast of a workout. I had to take more intervals but still completing each round!

2024 and this workout gave me a good blow to my face. Like Tysons quote, you always have a plan until you get punched on the nose ‘ and eveeything now goes on reset! After round 2 i couldnt hold my breath, and couldnt believe what i was seeing feon the iron wolf machine. But continued grinding one by one saying i’ll definetly stop at the next round. Round after round and once you get to round 7 then you just have to finish it on auto pilot zombie mode. Cheers from Kenya
I'm going to do this for 30 days im glad i found something to pass time
THOSE SQUAT LUNGE COMBO must be BRUUTALLL!
Painful!
Stopped at round 8. Dissapointed but on the other hand im happy i
fought trough these 8 insane rounds. The other 2 i will compensate by addig some cardio troughout the day. Big thumbs up Wolf pack
Good luck to everybody who is exercising with legendary Wolf
I'm 50.
I'll try to do this.
Greetings from Poland.
I did it yesterday for the first time. I completed it in 1.21 hours. My mind abandoned me after round 6, I pushed through, and the body did the rest for the remaining 4 rounds. It's one of the toughest routines I have ever done.
I added in some pull ups each round. It took me longer than 58 minutes, (I won't say how long, can't have the Marines thinking they are too much better than the Navy), thanks for the work out!
Salute brother
Did the first five rounds, rewound the video and did the first five again! Gotta keep up with a fresh wolf. Not saying my form was perfect but these are my favorite of your workouts. Don’t have to upper body to do the long burpee routines. Maybe one day!
No wonder you are called iron wolf. This is one hell of a workout.
killer workout, cheers from the canadian forces!!
Bro, what is your military physical training score? Keep rocking it! Thanks for the continued motivation.
Iron Wolf, this was another tough, challenging and demanding workout. Nowhere near the same rate as you but the sweat still poured out, look forward to trying another one soon.
Craig Wallace congrats bother. This one is a crazy ride.
You are a fucking monster my friend. Giving this a go tomorrow
We are your new mates now...cheers from Canada....making your daily routine with my son!
I really like this one. Just a hint of recovery with a couple of the exercises and then getting the heart rate right back up with the lunge/ squat combo and then burpees. Means us mere mortals can just about do it! I think you have inspired a lot of people stuck at home with these no BS work outs.

My boy you a BEAST! How many times should we do this week?
Thomas DuPree 3 times a week is plenty considering you training the other 3 days of the week as well.
I did 4 rounds
60 jumping jacks
20 knee push ups
20 tricep dips
20 superman
20 squat touches
20 squat to lunges without jump
20 slow burpees
20 flutter kicks

I've done this workout maybe a dozen times and it doesn't get any easier! Great workout, love the diversity of movement, keep up the good work IW!
That's what I like to hear. I love workouts that aren't easy to get used to fast. That way you know it'll be a challenge every time and it will keep providing results.
Man this was tough, I was only able to complete 6 rounds, with breaks. But I’m gonna aim for 7 next time.
I’ve been watching some of your videos recently and they’re great. You’ve inspired me and many others.
I’m quite skinny but in a few months I hope to be jacked! Keep up the good work
It took me +40 minutes to do 5 of those... Im destroyed, hated every second of it. Next time; 6 rounds.
I’m joining the fight! I got 3 rounds... I’ll get 4 soon
Seeing you grind through those last few rounds reminded me what real grit and perseverance looks like. A nice change from other fitness professionals who make everything seem so easy. You acknowledge that it's fucking difficult and ugly and draining but worth it in the end. I'll be keeping this workout in mind whenever I have to grind through the pain and finish whatever task is in front of me.

If this doesn't make you sweat/burn calories then there's no hope for you.
I’m not sure of your background Wolf but I went to Navy dive school decades ago and the Recon Marines could do these like clockwork. Me? A fleet sailor, not so much (I’d never heard of burpees before, pre internet).
To all you young men looking to go SF if you can’t keep up you’re not ready, physically at least.
This routine is in my regular rotation. Tonight I completed it in 70 min. The squat-lunge combo is deadly; you'll be begging for the burpee chaser.
Here I was thinking I was pretty fit.
Normally I run before I do anything but I jumped right into this so it set the lungs on fire. Then the arms went then sweat started pouring out of me then legs got wobbly.
I did it hard out fast as possible to set a baseline to work from.
