200 3-pump burpees, every 10 reps you do 1 10-pump burpee. The 10 pump burpee doesn’t count towards the rep count while doing the workout. Total should be 200 3 pumps, 20 10-pumps, totaling 800 pushups. Throwing in 10 pumps into the mix is a game changer.

@@dergorilla 1 pumps, 2 pumps, 3 pumps, 3 pump navy seals, 4 pumps, 2 layered 2 pumps, 5 pumps, 5 pump navy seals, 6 pumps, ... , 10 pumps. introduced psycho style layers recently. chuck in pyramids into the mix and Mondays only 1 pumps for a year or two.

After a couple days I did this drill but did 5 pump push ups and took out the 10 count and made that rest time and now I'm at 1,000 push ups in under an hour and a half. Never could I do 1,000 in a single session before. Very thankful for u brotha.
That is an ELITE amount of sweat on the floor by the end there Art. 800 clean push-ups in just under 40 minutes. Massive respect as always for the work you put in and the routines you share for the community. Salute 💪

Just finished doing 100 regular push-up burpees. Man it's so FUN
Today's grind, 100 reps of:
1x2 pump burpee
5 squats
10 pushups
1 hour and 7 minutes.
Respect. I did 113 navy seals.

This is my favorite workout. Except I like to do 250 burpees for 1.000 pushups.
Do you have any recommendations to prevent / great tennis elbow or tight sore elbow ? I haven’t been to doctor but after a few sets of 5 burpees my right elbow is tight

How does one even begin to work up to something like this? I am completely out of shape but looking to transform myself these vids are hella motivating I just dont know where to start… any help?
You should start slowly with low wolume, e.g. 20 or 50 reps every second day. Watch how you feel after them and next day.
Small steps my friend. Small volumes, track your progress and build from there with willpower.

Greetings to all those on the grind this is a good one I appreciate this it's for the hardgainers I've been doing the carnivore diet I'm trying to be consistent with it and I don't dirty bulk nor any type of protein powders no junk food it's hard to gain weight I do eat fruit as well but it is hard to gain weight I do know exactly how much I weigh but is probably between 140-145 lbs and I'm 6 2. If anyone has anymore advice suggestions to build mass and gain muscle and put on muscle I would appreciate it thanks stay blessed

Do Burpees build leg muscle ? I don't know where to fit in leg training amongst the high rep Burpees routines and the circuits with pulls ups and chinups dips etc. Don't wanna end up with chicken legs. Your legs arnt that big from Burpees are they ?!?!
I've been doing this routine for the last year, it is by far my favorite workout and has helped me build a substantial amount of mass. Hope you're healing up and doing well Wolf, thanks for this

I might be mentally... but I can't keep track of my counts. I have to have a paper and pen next to me and make a note for every like tenth rep or so.
Fuckes me up real good when mixing different burpeevariations. I get all kinds of lost. Lose count often. Sometimes when I do a Quick 100 3 count I might do 120 or some shit. 😅😱

Depending on your energy expenditure you will need to keep going up in calories every month to keep gaining lean muscle while doing these workouts.

Ever try "arm haulers" wolf? Great compliment to burpees, basically you're in a superman while doing a snow angel with your arms. Hits the back nice.

This was a good mental challenger. As those 10s get your heart rate ever higher through the workout! I had a short pause after 150 and 190. Otherwise completed at the 🐺 pace. Great work Art enjoying the new content, keep them coming!

Any burpee rep range you feel comfortable with, go like 50 every other day. Work your way up, took me like 6 months to bust out 300 clip 3 pump burpees.
