One thing, be very careful around those little vacuum lines. with age they become brittle and like to break.
Ended up replacing all of the PVC vacuum lines on my 92 F150 with silicone vacuum tubing. Looks nice and will last a long time.

When you turn the AC on you should be able to see the fan clutch engage and kick off. If it does not you may want to test the power to the AC compressor. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

If you have to reuse the squirrel cage fan how does it come off the motor shaft? I removed the round clip on the shaft but it doesn’t budge. Is there a trick to getting it off?
Are the 5/16 parts bolts or are they self tapping? The blower was missing
My E350 Van looks the same except it has some hard tubing that must be related to the AC or something that is in the way. You know how crowded things get in a van engine compartment. Am I going to need to have an AC guy do this? My fan works, but it makes noise like the squirel cage is loose. Banging around but still working.

What is that part with the white vacuum hose coming out of it? I need that part, but don't know what it is. It has a motorcraft part number on it, but it is faded out to the point where I can't see all of the numbers. Does 1Aauto have that part?
I was told it part of the HVAC system that controls the opening and close of the vents or something like that not really sure mmha ha ha I have the same problem mine is falling apart.

What is the name of that cylindrical filter looking thing right behind the battery. It has a hose coming out straight to the Ac compressor? I can't seem to find anything about it but mine is filled with dirt and needs replacing. If you could help me out it would be appreciated, thanks

When I put a new one on it started smoking. Any ideas? I'm thinking its just a bad motor.
