Gotta question...My OCD won't let me replace stuff that ain't original or close it...Soooo, what material is that stuff on the firewall covering the heater hoses...It looks like a tar type foamy stuff almost like Plumbers putty, but it ain't Plumbers putty...Got any idea what that material is and where can I get some...??... I would thing that might be the vacuum line that goes to the recirculator/ heater core bypass.. not sure what it's called. (I'm new to Bronco world, just got a 94')

U have link to heater core? If my AC blows cold, and then blows cool during the summer, does this heater core have anything to do with it?
