The words "one" and "of" are totally superfluous here... and the word "the" should be CAPITALISED!
this song is about getting out of a toxic relationship. the 1st verse says it all : "THIS MORNING I MADE THE CALL/THE ONE THAT ENDS IT ALL/HANGING UP I WANTED TO CRY/BUT DAMMIT THIS WELL'S GONE DRY". being with her is like being in the eye of a tornado.

I grew up listening to this song. It helped me learn how to play electric guitar. I can play all of this song except for the fast solos. The whole album is like this. Lots of energy and catchy riffs. Dude used to be in Metallica. He got kicked out and started his own band.
I turned 48 yesterday. This is been my favorite band since I was 13. Pantera got up there to after 1991 LOL. Good stuff! Great to see you reacting to it, thank you

rust in peace is a start to finish classic album. Spoiled as a teenager finding these bands, this was fairly new at the time and newer bands had a lot to live up to.

I was aware of Megadeth before this album was released, but, Rust in Peace blew everything else out of the water. I've often said that it was a better, more solid album than if you were to make a"Best of" album for any other metal band.
Another great band, the colo Dave (first guitarist and songwriter in Metallica) sings while playing all the riffs, does solos, Nick Menza on drums is an animal and not to mention Marty Friedman on incredible guitar. Sorry if there is something misspelled, I speak very little English and I use a translator ;)

Just like some others like peace sells, the right to go insane, blackmail the universe, kick the chair, in my darkest hour, gears of war, I thought I knew it all... These ones have something in the lyrics. But practically all the rest... The lyrics are pure garbage. I heard all of the Megadeth songs. No exceptions. And 99% are about the same stuff. Death, destruction, assassins, war... This isn't exactly a problem, considering their songs fits their agressive style well... But if you consider the lyrics itself... Megadeth is a very poor band. But I am a guy of the left. Maybe someone who is of the right or conservative can enjoy the Lyrics more. And it is just my opinion. If the lyrics touch you anyway, that's totally nice. Music is meant to do that. And also, even i think the lyrics are also shit, I love the lyrics of sudden death, especially the chorus 😂😂😂

I LOVE this track and it seems no one ever reacts to High Speed Dirt. If you really want to see what they're about, watch just about any live concert footage.
High Speed Dirt has always been one of my all time favorites. I like it a bit more since going skydiving.
Guitarists, especially in metal bands have ridiculous stamina! Synyster Gates-the lead guitarist for Avenged Sevenfold said he plays at least all his solos for a concert right before he goes out

Marty Friedman is one of the soloists. I don't know how many views it will bring because not a lot of metalheads even know about his old band, but, you should check out some Cacophony. it is a Virtuoso band he is in with another amazing guitar player named Jason Becker. Even if it isn't for the views, at least check them out on your own time. Your ears will thank you. A good song to start off with is called "Images".
one of thebest metal solos in my opinion, and best marty solo. also first solo from lucretia played by him is in my opinion even better but this is epic..
