Why are korean roofs Green and age Question
Note: Korean food is super good
The incredulous question, "Why is Korean food so bad?" Whoever googled that probably have malfunctioned tastebuds..😭
OMG I can’t wait is like my all my God you like my comment on such a big fan all my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh
Who searched these questions?😂😂😂😆
Korean smell like garlic is shocking
"Why do Koreans have good skin?" "That's the stereotype" as you all have flawless skin. LOL.
All the Koreans: "Mmmmmm...."
XD
I have waited three and a half years for this video. Specifically I have waited three and a half years to know why all the roofs are green!!! 😂😂😂😂
Haha I've never thought about those questions!
I really like these series where you ask these questions. I'd like to see something similar in the future where you go over maybe the most asked questions in the comments or from youtube posts?
I really love your videos. More power! ❤❤

he is so cute and his laugh makes me smile 😊🌸

Well, I know in South Africa, and I'm sure in other countries, we'll say "fight for it" or "keep fighting" if something is especially difficult. Fight for it is usually like if you really have to go out of your way or try especially hard for something, so more to obtain something, whereas keep fighting is more like an encouragement to not give up if something is difficult, more like for something you want to keep or maintain. I suppose like if you already have a job but you find it difficult, it's an encouragement to keep trying your best
Loved the video. Amazing ❤👍
I have a grandpa who was a Korean War veteran. I'm glad to see that South Korea turned out so great.
No thanks to America but much respect to your grandpa
Thank you for your granfather's service. We will never foget the veterans' dedication.
I've heard that warmer climates have spicier food primarily because historically, in order to preserve their food longer, they had to use a lot of spices
korea is not a warm country lol. Its similar to midwestern US to compare tbh
It's really hot and humid that easy to make food go bad When it's summer. All the live stock is considered their part of asset people couldn't have meat at all so it's very important every herbs and vegetables to keep last longer.
About metal chopstick question: Silver doesn't let bacteria live on it. So tableware like spoon fork etc coated with silver. In east Asia, Chopsticks are a part of tableware, making metal ones due to health concerns.
Omg!!! I love it to the core ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻
Thanks for joining me! :)
Your videos are so good
Korean age is so strange.. I was a December baby, so in January, I would have been 1 month old in international age and 2 years old in Korean age. So odd!!

Most Asian countries value white skin, as ancient cultures the pesants were in the field working in the sun so tanned while the rich were indoors so like alot of old cultures it's based on class
In my personal opinion, Mandarin is a lot lot harder than Korean. Different intonation, a whole lot different meaning. I can still pick up Korean words when watching Korean drama/variety shows/whatever.. But I never pick up any Mandarin words when I watch Chinese/Taiwanese/Hong Kong movies, except for some so easy words though like xie xie, ni hao, ta ke, hao (dont know the spelling guyz.. hehehe)
I love you !!!!!! I am Australian I live in Melbourne
I have learnt little Korean language especial the basic's through K-dramas. It really amazing .
I loved it💜😂
That lady in pink dress speaks English very fluently with out any bad accent, I loved that , well done , its amazing 😍🥰❤
I had a guy on a train in taiwan staring at me and i ignored him. After, say, 3 minutes my girlfriend asked him in chinese if he had a problem. It was annoying and a little rude especially since I was so close to taipei, so it shouldn't be odd. Someone on a bus in thailand once took my picture when I was in a rural area.
Garlic is the reason I LOVE Korean food!
Well, to me Korean is one of the easiest language to learn like English. I just picked it up by watching dramas and variety shows. Mandarin or Cantonese on the other hand are super tough.
I heard mandarin is hard to learn. But i feel English is hard to learn this is why other cultures have a hard time speaking English including Chinese. Even English kids we have to correct daily. For example a kid will say me hungry. Or him happy. And for foreigners if I say what's up? They think about the sky. And don't even talk about spelling.
I heard about the metal chopsticks being a way to test poison because at some point poisoning food was common to get rid of royalty. This way when the chopstick is of a certain metal and it reacts(silver I believe?), changes colors, then you know your food has been compromised.
I heard about that too.
That was super interesting. As a Swiss girl I don't think I have encountered many Korean people. I did try some of the spicy food, and I liked it!
Someone told me a reason they used metal chopsticks is because if you try to poison someone, it would show somehow on the metal chopsticks so the leaders preferred those. I don't know if it's true.

Love how they hymn in sync
Stay positive!
spice was orginally used for food preservation.
I love korean food, specially korean bbq
Not only in Korea say foghting, Thailand too. But we almost say in both Thai (Soo soo - meaning is fight) and English
K-pop current exists all over the world, especially in Turkey. Can you make a reaction video?
I think the gluten question relates to glutinous rice flour
I love Korean food very much!
i don't think korea is safe enough, each country is safe and dangerous at the same time
Skin whitening was common in many cultures as it is seen as higher status. If you have darker skin, it is because you work out in the sun all day whereas if you can afford to have workers to do that for you you can stay inside and your skin is lighter. This was the case in the UK as well as China.
Now in the western countries it has actually turned around, where people want to have tanned skin as it looks like you can afford to go on holiday aboard more, which is more expensive. 😀
Is there going to be one of these sort of videos with Sam? (British)
love the pink lady
Indeed there is a difference according to the continents, in Europe for example the majority of the countries have hard water while in Asia many countries like Korea and Japan have soft water.
Why do korean guys stare at me? That is a bizarre question, considering it's one of the most searched questions on the web 🤔
In fact, there is a term for that among Korean girls. It`s called 'Eye rape' which means those behaviors of Korean guys staring at girls passing by and objectifying them all the time. the prevalent Spycams are the type of sexual crimes derived from that mindset. Including the Nth room, Welcome to video... the other sexual crimes related to staring at random girls on the street represent the rape culture of this country. you can search for that if you wanna understand why they stare at the foreign girls without any shame.
@@loe3619 wow ok, thanks for the information
When I was in taiwan, some girls left their purses and laptop on the table and left to buy something while waiting for food. I found it unusual being from the usa but i liked it.
Waiting for the next video with American John... 🙏..
How do you guys speak English so well?
I feel like "keep fighting!" Would be a comparable translation for 'fighting' which is why I didn't think it was an odd saying.
I also think it's widely used because it's easy to understand especially by an average Korean person.
My best friend went to Korea and talked about the tiny towels
React to New Zealand please
Whenever u talk about food..u r the luckiest person if u born in India..❤️❤️❤️becuz I don't think so ..any country have the variety of food more than my india...i luv my india ..and food gonna be one of my reason ❤️❤️❤️
Hi
Question:- why is Korean food so spicy
Me Indian:- seriously!!😓
Korea is such a clean place. I love the food. However, they are just wrong about big towels. I'm 193cm.
Wow I'm Australian and just wondering if the people who asked these questions have any experience outside they're own culture, as a Australian I have experienced and love Koreans, I live in a Korean area of Sydney and for some reason I'm embarrassed by these questions.
Tbh, I think a lot of people think Korean skin is really good because a lot of really good quality skincare products come from South Korea.
Also, my response to the "why do Korean eat garlic" question is who doesn't eat garlic? Like, I feel like most cultures use garlic on a lot of things. I know my fiancee and I use a lot of garlic in basically everything we make. Even just steak, I always use garlic powder as a seasoning.
Ohh it's so sad to know that Korean is hard to learn I was thinking to learn it☹️☹️
Where are you from?alice
Harjit Australia
All languages are hard to learn. But there are a lot of benefits to learning new languages.
At the beginning, Korean is quite easy. The Korean alphabet is very simple and the writing is very phonetic.
However, once you start learning grammar it becomes much more difficult. The basic word order and sentence structure is fundamentally different from English. (Which I presume is your native language).
I lived in Korea for three years and I made a tonne of really great friends throughout my time there. And a large part of that was via language partners I found that eventually developed into good friends.
Anyway, don't let the fear of difficulty deter you from learning Korean. Try it and if you enjoy it, continue on with it. If you don't care for it, then you can always learn something else.
But I think it'd be definitely worth learning Korean! :)
You won't know how difficult it actually is until you begin learning it! I would definitely recommend putting in the work, even if it's just to read the alphabet. It doesn't hurt to try, and I personally found it to be super fun!
Laura reminds me of Tiffany from SNSD
I couldn't understand why Koreans laughed shyly when I asked questions
Korean bbq is amazing......someone didn’t get it done right
I'm a fan of Korean food cause I'm a foodie 🤤😅
Why do Koreans dress so well?
"arisu" meaning in turkish clean and pure water :D
is it arisu or arısu? because su is water but idk the difference
@@kuyoqi yes actually arı su meaning a pure water. where do you know that information :D
korean girls a beautiful!Even guys for that matter!
Not all Koreans are rude or don't like foreigners or stick to the old stereotypes followed by Koreans. There are people who are Frank who understand the world outside Korea especially those who know a language other than Korea or have been other than korean
You should include a Canadian in a video because we have such a big jumble of everything 😂
I love Korean food lol
Pretty girl in Pink, sounds like an American.
South Korea grow up speaking English. But I still think English is hard to learn. You can take one of those words for blue and be good. But in English i can say I feel blue or the sky is blue. Or ex. Two too to.
Though this video is almost two years old, I still have to say that I am surprised that there are Koreans that don't understand there age [formula]. Koreans are 1-2 years older than their international age and here is why: 1st Korean believe that a new life exist at conception and the clock starts ticking. By the time of birth the child is 1 year old; and, 2ndly in Korea people age at the same time. That is to say, everybody is a year older on the first day of the new year. So if the mother is pregnant on the first day of the new year, her unborn also ages a year or if a child is born just before the first day of the new year then that child will be 1 at birth and a few days later will age a year on the first day of the new year.
All that Hmmmm! Is Cuteee!...
Hi guys
Hi
Metal chopsticks are because of the fermented foods in the Korean diet.
European tap water? Try southeastern Europe, that may change your opinion about European water.
I have a question:
Why do korean women have the haircut with bangs on their forehead?
cause it looks good
Not only Korean people do that 😭
I think it's another beauty standard thing. I guess "wide/big" forehead is considered unattractive so many girls are insecure about their foreheads.
Some of my friends said, it could make your face looks more small, and in korea if your face is small, they think it is good(I am korean)
I'm learning Korean and you guys saying that Korean is hard to learn makes me discouraged lol but I can read 한글 very easily and i watched alot of kdramas and local Korean youtubers to familiarize myself with the language so I think I'm doing pretty well so far😂
I think Japanese and Chinese are harder to learn for a native English speaker, actually. Not sure where the Koreans got the idea that Korean is the hardest language to learn, given the origins of the Korean language.
@@BlackGrapes yes, i agree! Japanese and Chinese are so much harder.
Wha- They said their skin is bad- r u joking??
“Why is Korean food so bad?”
I, an American and I was offended by that 😂😂🥺
I personally do not like the pungent taste and find kimchi overrated. And Korean food is not an option for vegetarians. So, it is possible to like Korean food. But it is weird that people googled it.
@@jigglypuff6852 There’s a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans though...you just have to be willing to cook 80% of them 😂😂
@@corgisrule21 I know! I have tried them making at home. Where I live(San Francisco), I find a lot of vegan korean restaurants but never enjoyed the food. I have many asian colleagues and we explore quite a lot. So far, Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese hot pot are my favorites. It’s not like I do not like all Korean food but do not enjoy them in particular. Hey! It’s possible to not enjoy a taste.
@@jigglypuff6852 ooooh you live in a good place to get ingredients though! I’m jealous!😂😂
That Chinese question was so racist question i don’t know why people judge everyone by their looks and features specifically they think all East Asians are Chinese but it’s not true at all they all are different if you are interested and indulge in East Asian culture you will see the difference in them wisely without judging them 💜🇮🇳
I use to think that Korea is in China
Dude... plz...learn...
There is no such thing as too much garlic!!!
Koreans:we like spicy food a lot 🔥🔥
Indian restaurants in Korea: we add some sugar to our dishes to make Koreans comfortable with spiciness 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Indian spicy >>>>>>>Korean spicy....
As an American person of color, the Korean white skin is kind of odd to me. The few Philippine people I've met here in the US embrace their richer skin color and I love that.
I am a citizen of the United States a statement you just made got falls back on me being frustrated with the US citizen and the Canadian citizen comparing English phrases from each country. When the am when the US citizen and the Canadian citizen kept referring to the US citizen as an American and the Canadian citizen as a Canadian. Canadians are Americans just like Koreans are Asians. with that your question are Americans British or English should have been our citizens of the United States of America Canadian. the question was likely relating to the fact that Korea and China are close together. the United States of America and Canada are close together. Who is an interesting fact that I just realized in US history the war between the northern states and the southern states called a civil war. But that's another subject. Is the northern state would not have one the war. Then the continent of America would have to this day. The United States of America and the Confederate States of America then it would have been a bit confusing when a Canadian said America what is that Canadian talking about. Canada , United States of America, Mexico, Panama, Columbia, Brazil the Confederate States of America. Would all be in America.
Metal chopsticks are a symbol of eternity. Metal lasts forever.
I think the reason why people ask if Korean is Chinese is because Korea ones owned by China till the Japanese wanted power and resources around after America forced them open
I am sorry, but to be clear, china never owned Korea for once in their entire histories.
@@dceda2350 I found out that what you said a few months ago lit a few weeks after I commented that I just never deleted it forgot
I have no problems with metal, but it would be cooler if Koreans used punk chopsticks.
Because asians spicy tolerance is high . Our spice level is high...., btw I'm not korean
이번 영상을 보니 "Why is korean food so spicy?", "Why is korean skin so good?", "Why is korean food so bad?", "Why does korean age exist?", "Why does korean have white skin?", "Are korean Chinese?", "Are korean rice cakes gluten-free?" I love you all so much!
In my mind ...Koreans don't actually mind wearing shorts..thats based on what I know..
When wearing something short?? Thats sarcastic. Koreans wears really short stuff, you could see butt tip.
