Well, to each their own. It's amazing they were quite honest about their opinions, although I don't agree with all of them. I think people should be able to have civilized conversations like this even if we have differing opinions, so this was good to see.
Well, I think it can be quite hard to remain respectful if the person you are talking to thinks you should hide yourself not to offend others. It’s like telling a person that they should keep themselves hidden since I don’t like their looks. Maybe I should just close my eyes then. 🤷🏽♀️
I’m glad that this was a constructive conversation with differing opinions, it really puts into perspective that Korea holds many people with different opinions, same as America. I really hope that people stop hating on the people in the video because this is one of the first videos I’ve seen that is more honest about the reality of Korea, and I worry that the hate people get in this video might be taken into consideration the next time someone makes a video on Korea and others will be wary of being entirely truthful because they’ll be worried about getting hated on. The people who clicked on this video clearly wanted truthful and honest opinions so it’s time to be respectful when disagreeing with them in the comments, please have a little empathy that some people in the video were not raised the same as you and therefore do not have the same knowledge as you about the world and it’s important to treat them with care as well and hope that they will try to make an effort to learn more.
People will always judge others based on their own biases. It doesn’t matter where you are from. Folks should be themselves, always, no matter how others will see them. Stand for what you believe. You will learn things are not always how you see life through different experiences. Only you can change perspective through those. But, never be afraid to be you. Not everyone has to like you, nor do you have to like everyone. It’s ok.
I think only dumb people would generalize a whole population of people based on one person's opinion. Obviously there should be some accuracy im homogeneous culture. But Korea isnt like a hive mind where everyone thinks the same lol

I never understood people who use their religion as an excuse for homophobia. No sin is greater than another, you'll keep friends who lie, cheat, steal and commit infidelity but draw the line at same gendered relationships. If you're going to pick friends and judge people based on one sin, do it for ALL sins. This is why people see Christianity as a joke these days
All sin is sin, but all sins are not equal: John 19:11 Jesus answered: Thou shouldst not have any power against me, unless it were given thee from above. Therefore, he that hath delivered me to thee, hath the greater sin. “And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come” (Matthew 12:31-32). According to Jesus, some sins are greater than others. All sins are not the same.
You have right to disagree with someone life style choice. That does not mean you hate the person. Being respectful and kind to one another doesn’t mean, I have accepted your life style. They two different things.

Seeing a group of friends be honest with each other without arguing or being rude when they disagree is actually really refreshing. I’m sure a lot of us disagree with the guy in the middle with many things and his friends seemed to as well…HOWEVER, notice how they didn’t start arguing? I’m not saying his mindset is right, but, he answered honestly (as he was asked to do) and didn’t try to force his opinion on his friends. I have respect for anyone who is willing to be the odd one out instead of just lying and faking it. When it comes to people like him, I’d much rather them just quietly avoid the lgbtq+ community than to harass them and think about them with hatred nonstop. I’m not at all saying he is RIGHT, I can’t stress this enough. I just really love seeing a group of adults with different views speak to each other LIKE adults, in a respectful manner. If everyone in the world spoke to each other like THIS….the world would be a different place. We’re never going to agree on everything, but we can try to hear others out and try to grow as much as we can. Sadly, especially when it comes from a religious viewpoint; some people simply cannot “accept” gayness. When it comes down to it, I’d rather him carry on as he is, minding his own business instead of protesting or being directly harmful. I hope this makes sense and I really hope my message comes across properly. I’m trying to be as open-minded as possible while explaining because that’s how we should ALL be with each other. We disagree, but we’re still human and we can still communicate with respect. ❤ Thank you for sharing this interview, girl!!! It was really interesting to watch and hear the varying opinions. ❤
That's cause a lot of koreans have no morals. They live in the 1900s still in a lot of ways. When 80% of your society is close minded so you're used to it, you're not gonna cut them off. So of course there are little arguments and everything can be fine. We're more open minded in the USA though so if you're a pos human who refuses the respect of other ppl bc YOU don't agree with it, we will call you out. That won't fly here and we refuse to play nice with people like that.
If S. Koreans discriminate South East Asians for being darker, then we know the real reason. It’s colorism. They connote “being pale” as being “better or more beautiful”. In reality it makes little difference but their society still has discriminatory values. Also I hear they like black people from western countries not really other black people from anywhere else. But that like still doesn’t exclude hidden racism.
Unless you have lived in both countries for long time like myself, you really don't know subtle differences in their attitudes. Not saying some Koreans don't discriminate against South East Asians, but it's not due to their skin tone.
let's not just talk without knowing first. Coreans don't discriminate SEA for being darker. It has to do with other historical stuff. and that only applies to some SEA, not the whole of SEA. At the same time, Coreans are very fond of darker skinned ppl like Turks and others in that region. So skin color is not a factor at all lol. if you look, i think you'll see it's more about who they were friends with throughout history vs not. And what you mentioned with black americans vs black Africans kind of proves my point as well. that it is more about the history. Americans (even ones from the hood) are seen as very high status and rich and all that compared to where Corea came from. They don't care what color u are. if u are american, they know you're a first world citizen. That should also show that they could give a shit less about color in that way. Their hesitation with black africans, once again, has to do with actual history. They were loved and accepted at first as West African and Corean culture have a lot of similarities. But immigrants from Africa are mostly illegal when they come to Corea. They were given homes and made friendships and marriages and all that. But there was a political regime of Corea that tried to handle the illegal immigrant situation and their way of doing it included punishing Corean citizens who helped them. A lot of Coreans lost their livelihoods and homes bc of that. So ppl are naturally going to be more hesitant w black africans now, unless they are legal immigrants. Once again, nothing to do with color. But real life experiences. peace
thank you for the q&a! this is by far the best one i’ve seen with the most accurate and understandable answers. also about the homophobia, honestly it just shows more like obviously not everyone is on the same page about every single issue and no matter what there will be people who think like that, but the good news is that there are also wonderful people who will accept you or at the very least try to understand you if you put in the same effort.
the most shocking part of this video was when the guy in the middle said gay people should hide who they are 💀but then he has the audacity to say we're all the same ???
I think that people like him have no awareness about history or the realities of the world, they need to take time to educate themselves, because if their opinion or beliefs are to judge or degrade others for their identity or personal differences that is an issue between them and their God. There is a reason why states worldwide separate from the church. Thank God for the strength he gave to people who at some point decided that they had enough abuse and mistreatment. Thank God for civil movements and revolutions, because thanks to those acts today Human Rights exist. Which they also enjoy and protect equally. John 8:7 But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”. Yet Jesus also said, “I give you a new commandment: love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another” (John 13:34).
@Jhnkiyvfdc Because he's brainwashed. In his mind he shouldn't have to hide who he is, that would be persecution. But anyone he doesn't like should hide who they are. 💀💀 So individualistic and self centered.
The only way to prove if being gay is natural is to look at animals in how they engage with one another. If they aren’t naturally having relations of the same sex as their own, then why do humans think it’s natural to do so?
He wants gay people to hide who they are bc it makes him uncomfortable but straight people partake in PDA, they go to gatherings filled with people and talk about their boyfriends or girlfriends or husbands and wives with no problem. But if a gay person does the same it makes him uncomfortable. He will be alright.

He said, there is misunderstanding and ppl like "clean" skin, so it doesn't have to be white/pale skin. (not always). as a south korean, I agree with him. it's true that many koreans like white, bright, or clean skin (especially about women), but clean skin matters than skin color. Also surely, there are koreans who like darker skin too and many koreans don't have pale skin either! 🙂 and i have darker skin as a SK woman. (but korean women tend to try to have more white/bright skin..) and all skin color should be respected. i think koreans don't discriminate by skin color, but if you have white or clean skin, especially as a woman, many koreans who like white skin will like it. that's all..!

Koreans have fairly light skin by default so people who have darker skin get it by getting tanned which inevitably comes other kinds of sun damage like freckles and uneven skin tone. That's why Koreans think of pale and clear almost equivalently. They come together. If korea had been multi ethnic for some time we would've differentiated those two more clearly but these perceptions are generated by Koreans looking at other Koreans
Given Donggeun's religion, his environment, and how he was raised, I'm not shocked. Korea is very conservative. I actually commend him for being willing to talk openly about how he feels even though we fundamentally disagree. I hope that he doesn't continue to confine himself to these beliefs as he gets older, because anybody has the capacity to find love and be attracted to anybody else, even when you're least expecting it. If he were to ever develop those sorts of feelings later on in life, he'd feel so ashamed. We deserve to celebrate love and be happy and treat people kindly.
Just cause he doesn't share the same open mentality as you do it doesn't mean he is wrong for following what he accepts as the right thing, lgbt people always want to be respected but you can't respect a religion of someone just cause you don't agree, nobody have to accept you, and that's just how life is, there's so many people u don't like also and there will be so many people that won't like you

I don’t think he ever said he doesn’t love them..he said he couldn’t accept being friends with someone who is gay which is against their belief and against what their god says is right. Like, your parents telling you to not go and hang around people who do bad things like smoke and you don’t have to hate everyone who does smokes but maybe you don’t want to get involved with things they do a lot.
@@Katcst being accepting is the whole point of christianity so my point still stands. Also let's not compare people smoking to gay people. Smoking kills, people don't.
@ the whole point is for them to have a relationship with their God. If you believe in God Why would you accept someone who’s going against what your God says?. Smoking can kill you and the Christan belief is that Gay people will not have an afterlife in heaven. So it’s almost worse in their belief to be gay then to smoke anyways.

Aw im so glad u did this. I dated a girl from corea when i was in my late teens. Dating me she was only around black americans n first gen west african Americans. They loved her and she loved them. I asked her what her first impressions were bc in america, a lot of ppl r shy around black folks out of fear. But she said she was shy… but not for the same reasons. She said black ppls perception in corea is that they are cool, ladies men, etc. So it was more starstruck type ish. And that was the first time I heard of a perception of black ppl being widely positive. Ur friends echoing that is so on point. I get the clear skin thing being the main thing. But i do think pale is a positive factor as well. BUT pale has only been popping in corea for like a decade. In the 90s and 00s they were all tan. Like Brazilian type skin. But they still liked it clear. So the pale thing is i think just the beauty standards evolving like anywhere else in the world. When i visit corea i see plenty of tan ppl and ppl married to african immigrants, etc. I think the bottom line is the clear skin/healthy/taking care of yourself. I DO think pale got way popular at the same time. But tan skin is still a preference too. Peace.
The problem is that black people are viewed as concepts and not human beings that are individuals. Positive stereotypes are just as unproductive as negative ones which is why Asian people still don’t interact with Black people
I've only heard or seen the racist comments towards darker skin from Korean women towards women of color. I'm starting to think it's a jealousy thing based off this interview and your comment. Also, I was always told it used to be only royalty was pale because they didn't have to do manual labor outside for a lot of Asian countries. That went away but I think since k-pop idols started getting big internationally, they started up that pale interest again. Its very interesting since most international fans typically wish the idols looked tan instead of whitewashed.

On the question of Gays, I would like to share with your friends from Korea that, as a Christian someone get mixed up on this:discussion. We are called loved everyone as a Christian and not to set ourselves up as anyone's judge and jury..So, it's a Christian's goal to love others as we love ourselves. All people should be welcomed, kept safe and loved etc... I have lived as a Christian my entire life and I have known many Gay people, which include children during my childhood, they were just another friend or neighbor. They were not not picked on and I grew up in Chicago. My mom also thought it was important to be with around people that did not look like you, so I went to a n integrated nursery school, what people call Preschool all the way through to grade school. Even our sports, and hobbies were integrated. So, I have been friends my whole life with friends who were from different nationalities and I love it. As Asian friends goes I've had, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and I was the manager of a couple of Korean, but I did not know them on a personal level. I actually had more in common with my Asian friends than I did with my Black or White friends because my mom was very education focus and walking the straight and narrow, (a tiger mom) so we shared similar experiences and bond over them. I guess it worked since She and her 4 children all graduated from college. My son is a high achiever too, but I parent very different! I started watching Kdramas about 2 yrs ago and I love them for so many reasons and thus I became interested in the Korean culture and I follow several Korean influencers on RUclips. I also love seeing people of color or African- Americans living there and sharing their lives and friendships. I can't wait to visit and soak up the different cultures and sites. People are people as long as you lead with respect and love. Thank you for doing this video. I learned so much and your friends seem lovely and open.감사합니다
If you wear makeup than you're doing the same thing, right? Essentially? Making yourself look better than you really are? Same deal with hair styling and conditioner and various skin creams. This is the same as that - no worse than wearing makeup, and but nobody sees wearing makeup as problematic because everyone does it, it's normalised. This is just a different method that western people are not used to. And by the way, the 'white' skin thing in Korea comes from a completely different circumstance and history to the traditional western 'racist against people with black skin' thing. The western 'white skin' thing and the Korean 'white skin' thing are not related at all.
@@fransmith3255how is making yourself whiter, making yourself look better ? also it doesn’t matter if those don’t have the exact same roots, at the end of the day It’s about discrimination which is wrong. doesn’t matter if it’s a race matter or a classism matter
@@na-xw8rt You are relating this to western culture and western racism. The Korean wish to look paler has nothing to do with western racism between black and white people. Absolutely nothing!! It's not related at all. It is to do with Korean culture and Korean history. Western culture is not the only culture on Earth and other cultures don't necessarily relate to western culture at all. @@na-xw8rt Yes. It's rooted in historical classism. So do other countries have classism - just expressed differently. In America classism is much, MUCH worse, right? I think many people get annoyed with differing opinions cuz it’s just never the space for those topics .. but when you can create an environment to openly exchange views, it will typically lead to far more constructive discussions. Like in school, when you have different classes for different subjects. It’s much easier to digest challenging information when you can arm your mindset with preparedness! Very good video!
i heavily agree with you. it's so important to see spaces where opinions can be had without judgment or condemnation. ironic that in countries like the US "free speech" is a fundamental right yet we can't tolerate the opinions of others. as long as they're not hurting anyone, you have the right to have a position or stance on something that others might not agree with in a respectful manner.

Kudos to Queenie for asking uncomfortable questions but even more to her friends for answering honestly. This conversation in itself makes me so happy! Yeah, i believe in God, been raised in a christian household, so i never understood how others can just freely use that excuse for ‘not agreeing’ with things. Why? Just because some other humans decided that’s how they’re gonna interpret some part of the bible doesn’t automatically make it right. Doesn’t christianity also tell you you have no right to judge others? To be kind to your fellow humans, regardless? Why not focus on that part of religion? Why is it always used to hate on others? I'm just a random person who happens to be gay, it's ridiculous how others make gay their entire personality. Then there's all the silly politics that goes with it. It's like a cult. Also gays get away with alot more especially with children which puts the most vulnerable at risk, it needs to be monitored properly, the law needs to be equal. No special privileges.
Great video but my heart broke into pieces when the guy in the middle gave his opinion on gay people. I know it happens but it still shocks me to see it said so coldly and openly.

Without watching the video my guess on pale skin would be that it stems from the joseon dynasty where if you were upperclass you likely had paler skin because you didnt have to work out in the fields so darker skin meant you were of lower class. Even these days you see so many examples of people showing off their wealth & status on tiktok & other social media. Kids these days may not make the same connection consciously but they've just grown up with paler skin often being seen associated with beauty. This is the same with any kind of beauty standard in any country or time period. Why are hour glass figures considered sexy? Beards? Remember when metal corsets were a thing? It is stated in The Bible that God is against homosexuality. Leviticus 18:22 "Do not practice homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin." (NLT) Leviticus 20:13 "If a man practices homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman, both men have committed a detestable act. They must both be put to death, for they are guilty of a capital offense." So that is his faith and there’s no point in him being a Christian if he doesn’t believe in The Word of God. Real reason a lot of Koreans prefer light skin: It’s a symbol of wealth. Back in the day, only rich people had pale skin. They could afford skin-whitening creams/makeup and could afford to stay indoors all day. They didn’t have to go outside and had umbrellas to cover themselves and protect themselves from sunlight. The poor people had dark skin because they had to be outside all day, working in the rice fields. They were subjected to the harsh sun without any protection, thus they tanned.

As a Christian as well we are taught to be accepting and loving of everyone regardless. No sin is greater then the other so if he doesn’t go around gay people because he sees it as a sin not only should he not judge because judging is a sin within it self but he should also self reflect because I’m sure he’s not perfect he probably cusses it’s clear he also judges gay people. You are just as bad. Cutting someone off or fully avoiding them because they are sinning is judging them based off that. we all have our own journey we’re on to be better Christians even he himself is. You can’t play the role of god and judge others when that directly goes against gods word. What you do in the situation instead is pray for them and show them kindness and fair treatment because you are not above anyone. We should be loving and accepting of everyone regardless. If you were to cut off and not talk to any sinner you’d be left with no one on earth. So cutting a person off because they are gay is not only hypocritical but contradicting as well. I hope he learns from this and reads up on what being a Christian truly is because he’s directly thinking and acting against it but uses it as a justification to act that way.
I think that people like him have no awareness about history or the realities of the world, they need to take time to educate themselves, because if their opinion or beliefs are to judge, degrade or murder others for their identity or personal differences that is an issue between them and their God. The Bible does not say judging is a sin it’s says to judge righteously and there is a difference between sinning and knowing it’s wrong and changing and embracing your sin like the lgbtq community does
@@melvinakamara7732 “Stop judging by mere appearances, but instead judge correctly” (John 7:24).” These people are still capable of being prayed for and loved unconditionally. U disregarded everything I said. Every human being is a sinner. No sin is greater than the other. So if you are judging someone for sinning but also sinning yourself that’s indeed not judging correctly because that is hypocritical and contradicting. Jesus didn't teach against judging. He taught against a specific kind of judging. The type of judging he spoke against was a blind, ignorant, hypocritical, self-righteous judging that overlooks one's own faults, failures and sins and only sees faults, failures and sins in other people. And that’s what I was talking about in my comment.
Christian’s may love Jesus, but they clearly ignore what he stood for. Jesus befriended sinners everyday, he surrounded himself with them. One of the most important messages of Christianity is to love your neighbors as you love yourself. One of the worst things you can do is shun someone for who they are. Everyone is a sinner, you are friends with sinners. You have probably seen your friends and yourself sin 100 times everyday, so it doesn’t make sense to shun someone because they are a “sinner”. You cannot choose which teachings of the Bible to follow, and then ignore others. It is hypocritical.
Jesus did love sinners, but if you read your Bible he never supported their sin lifestyles he always told them to do what his word says. So because Jesus is love, of course we love all people just like he did but doesn't mean we will support something that is against his word because we love the person Love is telling someone the truth. Jesus loves gay people but doesn't support their gay lifestyle and that js the truth. So if anyone is gay, God doesn't support it!! That is not how he made it from the beginner, he made them male and female not male and male!!!! You need to understand this❤
@@Ema의logyou completely missed the point of what I said, so I’ll say it again. Jesus BEFRIENDED sinners. He loved them, he treated them like people and respected them as such. Jesus turned no one away. Yet in this video, this kid is saying that he wouldn’t befriend them, he would shun them instead. That’s not loving someone at all, and you can’t pretend like it is. And again, he is friends with sinners, like everyone else in the world is. It is hypocritical to be okay with some sin and ignore others. Not to mention, he is actively sinning himself when he makes the choice to turn people away because of it, so he is a sinner himself to. Again, it is hypocritical.
We dont expect non Christians to understand the depths of the faith. If you are not acceptance of Jesus Christ then you just won't understand why we don't condone SIN in general. Any sin thereof. Esp a sin where it's being forced on us to accept as truth, when it goes against our truth. Love without correction is not love. And that's a principle that goes beyond religion. And if we see someone who don't want to be corrected. Then fine, let them be. We don't have to be friends with that person or accept their lifestyle.

I like how honest Donggeun was when asked about the LGBT thing. Many people say they are fine when they are not. Liking pale skin for koreans is also a cultural thing. Back then pale skin was considered wealthy, because you probably worked in an office or something like that and more darker skin showed that they probably worked on a field.
I’ve even seen the topic of colorism come up in a family kdrama…. There are people within their own culture and ethnicity/nationality who talk about it so it is a real issue and not some misunderstanding about “clear skin”… anyway colorism in SK hurts Koreans first and foremost since they view non-Koreans as foreigners not held to same societal standards as Koreans are.
For generations the poor working classes were in the field got tan under the sun, and those who were of the upper class stayed in the shade with their books. Light skin was coveted as a status symbol, the mindset has been passed down. This is not only true historically of Korea, but also in places in europe and america.
Many Westerners don't understand that this was the case even in European countries. In addition, in Korea, many people (now including males) wear sun protection creams assiduously because they all know the harmful effects of being exposed to sunlight.

It’s ok.

I’m a Christian, but I’m not homophobic. I believe that homosexuality is a sin, but I’m not homophobic just because I don’t support your behavior 😭. I still love you, but it’s my duty as a Christ follower to steer myself in the right direction and not feed into that sin
@@velmalegaspi1741 I never said that one would have to thrust themselves into a homosexual lifestyle just bc their friends have one. How someone lives their life should not affect you in anyway if it has nothing to directly do with you
@@Leidyybug And that's fine. That's not at all what the problem is for anyone who is upset in the comments lol. It's simply him saying that he takes OFFENSE to another person's lifestyle. As a black person I can think of it as a white person not knowing me at all but saying I've offended them or made them mad simply because of my skin color. At the end of the day it's God that passes judgement when death comes, not Christians who preach what they say is the word of God and Jesus
Love this video, interesting to see real people with their diverse opinions. Would love a part 2
@@YoungYoung-k5uBecause the stereotype of Southeast Asia is that they are poor, right?🤣🤣Don't lie, this has spread outside my country,
@@YoungYoung-k5u Still racism if they think all South East Asian is poor and uncivilized. Colorism is just another form of racism.
let's not just talk without knowing first.

LMAO fr i wouldnt want a friend like that
Right and he was saying it like as if we were being silly for being scared of ppl like him in Korea
John 8:7
But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”.

@@Katcst being accepting is the whole point of christianity so my point still stands. Also let's not compare people smoking to gay people. Smoking kills, people don't.

I agree. I think the skin lightning companies are pushing this narrative to sell more toxic product.

@@na-xw8rt You are relating this to western culture and western racism. The Korean wish to look paler has nothing to do with western racism between black and white people. Absolutely nothing!! I think many people get annoyed with differing opinions cuz it’s just never the space for those topics .. but when you can create an environment to openly exchange views, it will typically lead to far more constructive discussions. It’s a symbol of wealth.

So if you are judging someone for sinning but also sinning yourself that’s indeed not judging correctly because that is hypocritical and contradicting. Jesus didn't teach against judging.
So because Jesus is love, of course we love all people just like he did but doesn't mean we will support something that is against his word because we love the person
Love is telling someone the truth.

REMEMBER everyone has their own opinions and mindsets and it’s wrong to judge people off of that! We are all different ❤
I love how the person that was anti gay could easily be mistaken for a gay man in the west, just based in how he is sitting. 😂
This was tres cute.
It's surprising how many of the comments have targeted and mocked this person simply because of his views on same-sex relationships and marriage. People need to recognize that not everyone shares the same perspectives, and that's okay. He expressed his religious beliefs openly, which is perfectly valid especially since the host asked for complete honesty. Many people hold similar beliefs due to their faith. As long as someone isn't promoting harm or advocating violence, they shouldn't be "cancelled" or labeled as "bad" for holding different views.
@@pandagaming-dy1gs TBC I’m only replying because your comment is under mine and it’s not clear if you were responding to me or the post in general. I agree with everything you said, I still think that based on Western standards and ideas around masculinity, his would be questioned, and I found the irony funny. He is entitled to feel how he does, you are correct. I didn’t see anyone calling for him to be cancelled or labeled as bad. I certainly wasn’t doing that with my comment. If people feel that way, that’s unfortunate.
The whole exchange was cute.
Yeah, my comment was meant to address the post in general. I noticed a lot of comments targeting the guy because of his religious beliefs, which I found odd. I spoke up because it's important to recognize that people have different perspectives, whether that's shaped by their culture, upbringing, or religious beliefs. No hard feelings though!
i just stumbled across this channel...these questions are gold..i lived there 6 years...changed my life lol
I appreciate the guy who was honest about the gay answer. Instead of pretending to be okay with it which everyone does, he was straight up.
Sameeee
lol most ppl aren't against it. so no everyone isn't pretending. like 3/4 of the people in this video were perfectly fine with lgbtq friends. however it was goof thst he was honest
most normal people are okay with it so i certainly wouldn’t say “everyone” is “pretending to be okay with it”
@@lilacfieldsu never know for sure, people force themselves to say what people want to hear out of fear of being judged or called racist
@@shadowdraqon2479Or being labeled as"Homophobic"
Thank you for the honest answers.
My question would be
1. Why is age difference so important. Like here as well: all of them said their age instead of their name. I can't understand how can a person demand extra respect just based on age.
2. Are girls still underrated and are the married couple still willing to have more children if the first one is girl?
Its kinda sad that he would cut off a friend for being gay, its still the same person as before and being gay does not mean they'd have feelings for you, but ig everyone is entitled to their own opinions, i'd be hurt if someone cut me off for liking the same gender tho lol
Im interested to see if any opinions will change in the future, also i'd be sooo scared of military service 🥲
When he said he would "quietly cut him off " 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I hope the guy in the middle gets better soon!!
I hope he never changes his beliefs for other people
@@almonderesse7315 i’m christian lmao.. be dramatic somewhere else
@@almonderesse7315no but for himself. its so much work avoiding normal ppl for harmless things
@@almonderesse7315 empathy and rethinking your beliefs is good actually!
@@lilacfields Depends on why you're rethinking---you're saying I should change my religion and my thinking because of other people's beliefs and opinions? Why should I change? For others? That's ridiculous. But don't get me wrong, the others shouldn't change either. Everyone's entitled to his opinion.
Was waiting for your next upload🎉🎉......and here it is🤗🤗🤗🤗
Thank you, I've been learning a lot about Korea from you.
hearing the part about how he said gays cannot like their (straight) friend, instead of helping navigate feeling is just sad 😭😭 (especially when feelings always have the chance to develop without them even knowing)
