Update for the first one: I saw somewhere on tiktok that the girl dumped the guy and it seems the guy ended up marrying the BF, don't know if that is true

This is a parade of red flags. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was or did hook up with the disrespectful friend. He’s enabling her to disrespect his bride. He doesn’t sound like he would like it if someone was “teasing” him or his side chick the same way. The fact that she’s more important than the bride’s comfort says everything. Again either they slept together, did in the past or the door is open. I bet she’s helped sabotage past relationships too.
Part of the deal with keeping the wedding dress hidden is also an old superstition that it's bad luck for the groom to see the bride in her dress before the wedding, or even see her at all the day of until the ceremony.
