So, first, ty for the video, very helpful. I have a lil question to anyone that has this oven, it's about the inner glass, I kinda forgot which side was inside and which one was outside. I noticed that one side is smooth, and the other side has some texture all around the frame, can anyone help me with this?
Can anyone help with a different Westinghouse oven? Mine doesn’t have buttons and when I do separate inner and out glass (screws) there’s actually a 3rd pane of glass that I cannot figure out a way to remove from ‘front glass’ and this is where I NEED to clean. I don’t have manual and can’t find any vids without this button mentioned…
No idea Paul...sorry. All I can suggest is to remove the door and put it back again. Yours is the first problem like this I've heard of, so if this doesn't work I'd suggest a call to Westinghouse service dept.
