As always, quality and very useful content!. One thing that seems very interesting to me (and that I can't play with a good groove) is how to make grooves, dragged with textures? as for example Jon Hopkins does in his track Emerald Rush
That sounds very swung to me. And then you could drag your midi a bit to get the laid back feel. Or you bounce the audio abd drag it just a bit to the right until it gets that feel.
What would help a lot I think is to just try to recreate tracks like these you like as best as you can and learn.
@@musicbybenedict I was just making different hats and some results reminded me of the textures that Hopkins uses. I am happy learning to fish ;)
