    Just remember what works for me might not work for you! Not all weeks are the same - sometimes i might eat out a lot more than the next, but this is just how i like to eat! I’m also not a health professional so please keep that in mind 🤍 I just absolutely love eating veggies, huge salads, pizza and high volume meals - this is what makes up a majority of my diet but I also eat at restaurants or get take out most weeks as well! it’s all about balance baby and i love it!

      cook it really slowly and on low heat! i find that’s the best way and use a silicone spatula to flip it

      She doesn’t look bloated to me lmao👀 she’s been eating like this for a long time, our bodies adjust to higher fiber intake! If you never ate like this and then one day consumed a lot of fiber you would mostly likely be bloated and uncomfy.

      lol. She thinks the more fibre the better. Spinach is just bad news with high oxalate. Oats is not good to begin with but with glyphosate, it should be avoided. Almond milk is bad news with oxalate. The amount of plant food she ate just blocks the nutrients absorption. She is better off eating more animal proteins and drastically cut back on the plants.

      @@jglee6721 This is really, really not an attack! i promise. This is really just me trying to understand 💛.
      Spinach is not such a bad thing. She does not eat a lot of red meat so I personally think that the spinach is to get the iron she needs. I think if oats were to be avoided there would have been an bigger uproar. Lots of athletes, models and fitness content creators eat it for breakfast. Almond milk, I feel, is much brtter for you than cows milk. She could be lactose intolerent. You don't know. I am severely lactose intolerant and will be in a world of pain if I drink cows milk.
      I am not saying I am wrong and you are right. I just think that there is 2 sides to this coin 💛💛💛

      @@emmakruger3967 I started eating oats and almonds in 1975. Long before they use glyphosate on oats. Now there is talk of glyphosate destroys the good microbiome. I ate no sugar but only to be surprised by my first blood test that shows triglycerides of 200. The doctor asked if I was eating a lot of sugar. We didn't hear about how the body sees grains as sugar until the last 10 years or so. Once I cut out the grains and whole grains my tri came down to around 50 and my HDL doubled and moved toward 100. Gundry is the first big name to raise alarm about plant toxins. Check out Sally K. Norton on oxalate toxicity.

      What are the 5 main health benefits of cauliflower?
      1. A source of antioxidants
      Cauliflower is a heart-friendly vegetable thanks to a plant compound called sulforaphane. Acting as an antioxidant, sulforaphane reduces the inflammatory damage caused by oxidative stress, a process which plays a central role in the development of heart disease. In this way it helps reduce blood pressure and atherosclerosis.
      2. High in choline
      Cauliflower is a source of choline, an essential nutrient we need for mood, memory and recall. As such, it is a key building block of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in signalling the central nervous system. Choline is also essential for brain development.
      3. Rich in sulforaphane
      Like broccoli and cabbage, cauliflower’s sulforaphane content has a number of health benefits including reducing the risk of cancer. Sulforaphane fights cancer in a number of ways including protecting cells from DNA damage as well as inactivating carcinogens.
      4. May support hormonal balance
      Cruciferous vegetables, like cauliflower, contain a plant compound called indole-3-carbinol (I3C) which acts as a plant oestrogen and may help balance hormones by regulating oestrogen levels. I3C has also shown promise as a means of lessening the risk of oestrogen induced breast and reproductive cancers in both men and women, although more studies are needed in this area.
      5. May support the immune system
      Being rich in sulfur, cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower may support gut health and as a result improve your defence against infection. This is because sulfur supports the production of glutathione which is important for maintaining the integrity of the gut lining as well as supporting its regeneration. As a potent antioxidant, glutathione works throughout the body protecting cells from inflammatory damage.

      Cheese is one of those things that a lot of people find make them feel unwell or bloat really badly. I love cheese personally but I would never have cauliflower in the smoothie. Everyone is different

      @@elleskye8564 hard cheese actually has far less lactose than that yogurt she uses. Cheese doesn't make me gassy, just cheesecake and more cream based things. I've literally cut all dairy from my diet minus a lil hard cheese and the occasional slice of cheesecake 😏

      Please do your research. She does volume eating which done correctly is very healthy for you. She does eat out with her friends and orders in and she makes the protein like brownies. She is obviously very healthy and not unwell due to her diet at all. As she said not every week is the same
