- Welcome to my what I eat in a week video! Probably one of many to come as I am literally obsessed with food, but here is a little insight into what I've been eating lately as I stay busy with college and work... there isn't always time to cook but I like to take the time because it truly relaxes me.

Oh Hayley I’m glad to hear that! I know these times can be hard it’s such issues but keeping busy is also always good to take our mind off those stressors and just feeding our bodies intuitively ☺️

Me tooo. I literally binged 2mnths daily gained 6kgs help me please 😭😭i really crave food at night time and when I am Alone?? Whyy?
@@merrygurung3865 probably craving out of boredom. if you still are struggling i reccomend making pre-made snacks so when you're hungry you dont eat too much. also always eating at a table or in the kitchen so that you dont associate eating with things like watching youtube and stuff. also keep urself busy!! i always eat when im bored and have nothing to do, a thing that will help is cooking ur own meals to pass time, stretching, a little hobby, etc :) best of luck

these meals looked so delicious and realistic!! I also like how they aren't 100% vegan or vegetarian (since I'm not) but still included vegan/ veg options. id love to see more of these because im a college student about to move out and will have to cook every meal myself
