Omg conagh i really respect the fact that you're sharing something that might be a big insecure for so many. I'm just like you i never feel motivated when i start exercising in the house, i need to go to the gym or to have someone to tell what to do someone who knows about fitness. My body is the type of body that gains and loses weight so so so easily but i need a routine i need to be motivated. I really hope to be like you and lose weight. I'm so proud of you and literally i noticed the difference because I've been watching since the beginning. Ughh you're just amazing.
I feel you so much when you said how weight loss or gain seems on a smaller frame, to me it’s exaggerated by like x10 😂 I’m slightly taller but only just 5’2, I have a comparison pic of myself with only 2.5kg weight difference AND GOD DAM you would think it was like nearly a stone haha Only just getting back into the gym now after 6 months, as we had a local lockdown in UK so they closed again 😭 This videos is the motivation I needed 🍑

I think that is huge because it is not always easy to track and sometimes you don't have the scale or something is not perfect. It is easy to obsess over numbers for sure. love love love f45 im up to about 36classes so far and i started end of july. it most definitely my happy place. ive never stuck to the gym previously but like you i like not having to think about what i need to do. still learning the healthy side of things with the counting calories but at the moment im focusing on eating healthy things since i never have been the healthy eater it is such a process for me but ill get there. 😁
I really need some advice pls with working out. Im just getting into strength training more like weighted squats lunges etc (because from what i understood is that muscle burns fat, and just to tone up really). I've noticed on fitness influencers these exercises seem make the thighs look bigger. I'm already quad dominant and want to slim my thighs down not make them more muscley, should i do less weighted leg exercises? More cardio? what would be a good gym routine for an already thick girl like me just wanting to slim up.

And how do you continuously eat healthy? Would love a video with some of your fav healthy recipes if possible, I just find it so hard to find filling healthy recipes that also taste good lol
Hey y’all! I wanted to do F45 but it’s an hour away from me. So if you’re looking for something similar, I found a place called Burn Bootcamp. They have a lot in different places so I recommend that if you want something similar to F45!
I want to eat better and start working out but there's one problem. I'm allergic to milk. Milk is in a lot of protein powders or it may contains milk which means I still can't eat it. The vegan protein powder I tried tastes awful. Any recommendations of vegan (or dairy free) protein powders that taste good?
I wanted to love native but it make me SMELL. bad. i never quite got over it unfortunately and i wasn’t even switching from a non natural deodorant so “purging” wasn’t a factor
Covid has been the biggest killer on my fitness journey! The last month tho I’ve been tracking my calories and eating in a deficit and it has helped so much! Just being more mindful of what I am eating and how much those little snacks do add up. I’ve lost 2.5kg in 5 weeks with just diet and 2 8km walks a week and I can’t wait for gyms to reopen in vic and get my butt into gear
