With the glute hyperextensions I recommend lowering the pad, it should be under your hip bone, also try holding the weight closer to your chest like a bear hug, and silly as it sounds you need to push through the hips as hard as you can to avoid that back pain, fav glute exercise ever! Also love you girl and you don’t have to explain going into a cut, sometimes it’s just fun to try a new goal and if people get triggered by you wanting to have a goal as long as it’s healthy for YOU who cares!!!

When it comes to meats/proteins is there a reason why you mostly eat pork & chicken? Is it just preference or do you find your body doesn’t respond well to red meats? That pizza looked soo yum omg 😍

I see you have perfect form now but was it always that way? I am so shaky and my balance is not quite there when lifting weights above my head and using machines. Is there any hope for me? Does the balance and coordination come with time? Lol

I think for other people and their privacy I would suggest blurring out any faces of people that walk past or are in your camera view at the gym or in public. (unless of course they have your consent to be able to have them in your video) I’m just thinking for me personally I’d hate to know if I was accidentally in someone’s camera view and I ended up on someone’s YT without my consent. I don’t mind people filming at the gym at all, but just for privacy reasons I’d hope for example anyone that films at my gym say, if they were to post it on YT or elsewhere I’d hope they blur me and everyone else out. Love your videos, just a thought! 😋💜
