@@rwolfy2004 yeah, definitely rich. Maybe could do with a heat range or two hotter in plugs also, but it sounds like when it’s tuned it’ll have a load more rpm in it.
Awesome video! Ya, that throttle cable can be tricky with the auto choke. If you get the cable wrong, then the carb is pretty much always getting choked! Would love to see if you hit above 40 if you get the proper jets for the carb!
If you're going for top speed , i think you should change the rear sprocket to a different size , smaller one for speed opposed to torque ....(?) they do sell different teeth sprockets .
Please show us the 37mph! Its more likely 37kmh! A live speedometer would be usefull. I know for sure with this setup you have no power advantage. You use the stock exhaust which is still too restrictive. You need to replace the jet in the carb to a smaller one. The 4stroking is bad. Try the short CNC intake for faster flow of the compound. What is the size of the sprocket? I think you are guessing the speed.

That carb needs a damn good tune.
You are absolutely right. It runs way too rich from the factory. A smaller jet is always needed.

Right on. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet! 😁👍
Look like your engine is running rich. Trie to put a 70 or 68 jet in it. Otherwise, good vids👍
i see a long tube on the gas tank, does the gas go through it?
The long tube is to hold the gas can up but the rubber tubing is used to transfer gas from the tank to the engine
@@BurksWorksYT i couldn't see the rubber tubing
Let the engine warm up
You need a bigger carb
Sorry to say that the YD100 is the worst motor in the world a good expansion chamber will do more than most of that
My 100cc neos goes 100kph
