I remember obsessing over this creeps videos all the time between the ages of 12 and 14. I thought it was the funniest shit in the world. But for the life of me I can't remember a damned thing from those videos.

I knew a girl who LOVED his videos from the very start, she probably submitted a photo too... Although we were close in age, when she showed me his videos I remember being so confused about what she liked about them. I'm a fan of a rock band called Black Veil Brides, and Onision well, how he ties into that is interesting. He has always "creeped" on the lead singer of that band, making them feel uncomfortable and having said some very concerning and weird things about them.
At 12 yrs old I heavily considered sending in photos of myself to be "rated" because i had severe body dysmorphia and wanted an honest opinion on my body. What stopped me was the fact that it would be in a video. I feel so sorry for the girls who were manipulated into doing that.

Greg used to be literally my favorite youtuber as a kid. Me and my childhood best friend talk all the time about how if either one of us ever ended up at a meet and greet, we could've easily been victims next. When I read the stories about him flying out girls to meet him, I was always confused at why girls were likely rejecting guys they knew IRL, in favor of this blatantly unfunny guy who had an acne problem and lived in some lame PNW town.
His daughter fell out of a second story window a few years back. She was left unsupervised in a room with an open window. There was a screen blocking it, but from what I remember she leaned on the screen, it popped out, and she fell. Nobody noticed initially. Greg kept hearing soft crying sounds outside and eventually got off his computer to see what it was, only to find his toddler with head trauma. There was a lot of speculation, but it seems likely she will have lasting issues due to falling like 20 feet onto cement and hitting her head, and then not receiving immediate medical care on top of that. Even without Greg's sexual proclivities, immaturity and anger issues, it is clear imo that he and his spouse are not present mentally enough to be good parents to their children. His terminally online state says enough in that regard. Those poor kids.

I'm a guy now but at the time i watched Onision i was an insecure little girl and i 100% allowed myself to be groomed by him and he'd say stuff allll the time to justify like "they're wearing a bra and underwear but it's exactly what you'd see at the pool, are kids not allowed to wear bathing suits in public??" And i was 100% on his side. Now i look back and realize a LOT of my self image issues came from that series. I'm so glad i was too self conscious to ever post there.

Me and my childhood best friend talk all the time about how if either one of us ever ended up at a meet and greet, we could've easily been victims next. Pardon my ignorance but I just don't understand how this guy ever got popular. None of his videos were funny but he always had absurd viewcounts and people throwing themselves at him in his comments. When I read the stories about him flying out girls to meet him, I was always confused at why girls were likely rejecting guys they knew IRL, in favor of this blatantly unfunny guy who had an acne problem and lived in some lame PNW town.
His daughter fell out of a second story window a few years back. She was left unsupervised in a room with an open window. There was a screen blocking it, but from what I remember she leaned on the screen, it popped out, and she fell. Nobody noticed initially. Greg kept hearing soft crying sounds outside and eventually got off his computer to see what it was, only to find his toddler with head trauma. There was a lot of speculation, but it seems likely she will have lasting issues due to falling like 20 feet onto cement and hitting her head, and then not receiving immediate medical care on top of that.
Even without Greg's sexual proclivities, immaturity and anger issues, it is clear imo that he and his spouse are not present mentally enough to be good parents to their children. His terminally online state says enough in that regard. Those poor kids.

My self esteem was awful, and I hated how my body looked, but I never posted a picture of myself. I can't imagine how the girls that did must feel now, knowing all of this.
