THEN to have a woman of similar build park same vehicles as Tracey’s at a store she goes into to buy the same exact chemicals the supply store told Tracey she would need AND happens to use Tracey’s rewards card.
Then all those supplies just happen to be at Tracey’s house!! Holy sh…where’s the Tylenol?

A true sociopath.
If your ex is trash why would you cry.

Tracy is the type of person who will pass the lie detector. She looks so calm.
And she's pretty which always helps with everything 🙄
I dunno… she seems like a narcissist. If you’ve been around a lot of narcissists, you can really past their bs lies by their reactions. Her closing her eyes after her lies is pretty strong as far as body language. Not that that is always correct. But she makes it obvious. Lie detector tests are unreliable anyway but I don’t think she would pass one. If she does, it’s bc she believes her own lies.
The lie detector is pseudoscience. The guy who invented it literally said it was equivalent to a Ouija Board. There's a reason the results are not permissible in court as evidence. It's more used to gauge a person's demeanor and willingness. More of a psychological game by the cops.
True, but she can't pass my lie detector test 😭 her eyes and stories are all sketchy. Lmao
likely because she's innocent.
Amazing that she still said she didn't do it. The truck tyre marks, the reward card, the muriatic acid, the store assistants x 2 whom she spoke to .. Heavens give me strength!

The boy cried so much. He really loved his dad. It just goes to show you that even if the killer killed out of anger and revenge, it leaves an impact on the people who loved the guy. The family said, you took the rest of his life away from him and you took him away from us.

So enlightening and eye opening thank you Brother Jesse!
Seeing Nicholas nervous and crying broke my heart… I wish Nicholas a bright and successful future and much happiness throughout his life. ❤
He's 32 this year
@@ktcooki276 Oh, my…. So this wasn’t recent coverage, to say the least.
Nonetheless, I hope like is treating Nicholas kindly. He’s had enough to deal with for one lifetime. ❤️
She wanted to keep the house that David put in her name. It was a big mistake which he paid for with his life. His son lost a good father.
Wasn't the father a gambler thats why they were having financial troubles?
I don’t think he was a good father but otherwise I agree with you
@@AriKhuu I understand, I was listening to his son who spoked very loving words about his father.
If I was ever in trouble I would put everything in my children's name but that's just me 🤷♀️
@@AriKhuu I agree, drinking, gambling, cheating, prostitutes, spending money faster than he could make it.
I don’t know what’s lying worse? Tracey, or Tracey’s lawyers hair piece? 😅
😂😂😂😂
His son is very smart and mature for his age. His parents raised him well. Unfortunately tragic things can sometimes mature kids beyond their years.
Imagine trying to blame the ex wife and then getting caught because you couldn't help but save 19cents
She wanted to look like a normal grocery routine lol
Forensic Files said it was 34 cents.
well this isn't forensic files
That one guy is so blinded by her beauty he has the nerve to sleep next to a murderer... people are just sick.
Yes that's true but we are people
I really like how close he was to his son
Everyone make sure no one goes to that phcycho dentist if u live in Texas. I am as a father, I feel bad for that lovely son of David 😢. I have no doubt that she did it. Justice was served 👍
Her only regrets are that she was sloppy, she doesn’t regret taking someone life at all.
My exact sentiments 💯
What a sweet son Nicholas is, hope he is doing well in life.
It’s amazing Tracy and her boyfriend say it wasn’t she on that camera footage and someone else had her card. Ridiculous!!!😮
As soon as I saw the defense attorney's hair, I'd have been like "Nope. Get me somebody else."
I am curious why 48 left out the part where Tracy was captured by CCTV cameras with her big black dog switching cars in the parking lot. I am sure she also said it wasn’t her with her black dog, like it wasn’t her with her discount card.
Oh yeah 😂I saw this on forensic files lol
Well, it's CBS, so she is a woman. She has to be the victim 🤦♀️
@@adddriiiisaaaa5840 Oh dayummm there’s a Forensic Files episode about this??
Nice 😎 Thank you!!
EVERY TIME Tracy responds to the TV journalist with a denial, she blinks (or closes) her eyes. EVERY TIME. That’s what is referred to as a “tell”.
How someone can be so cold hearted and distance themselves from such a horrible crime has always baffled me. How does Tracy sleep? Seems some people are able to lie in such a manner that they even believe their own lies. Deep down, she KNOWS what she did - perhaps she was NOT the only one involved in this crime. Taking into account how much each of them weighed - and the Detective stating that she just rolled him off on a dolly - not that simple. Dead weight is different and when you weigh 140 - 160 Lbs - moving someone who weighs 240+, is 6ft 4 - that's not going to be easy for a girl like her. As a retired detective myself, I do not doubt that she was INVOLVED, although, I personally think she had help. To find out WHO was the help is going to be an interesting job - IF they, the Detectives also think so and IF they are even interested in finding that "helper". Sadly so many cased are "shut and closed" after a conviction, many times allowing another party to a crime, to get away with it. This is an interesting and very sad case though, I really feel sad for Niclas - who I bet you would rather have wanted his dad around, than $500K in a bank account. As for the dentist, they say love is blind - and here it's totally blind.
I'm confused that this documentary is almost 20 years old with no new footage in recent years, shown as "new" true crime video. Like why?
His ex-wife showed 1,000x more emotions than Tracy did. The only time Tracy cried when she was talking about herself. Disgusting...
NARCISSISTS cry because they feel VICTIMIZED or wrongly accused...they may even cry when something happens that AFFECTS their sense of SUPERIORITY and SELF-IMPORTANCE.
Not only did she not cry, she bashed him several times
I get so excited for these when they are full episodes.
🤣🤣🤣 I get excited when I see one of these episodes that I've never seen before as I've seen just about every dateline and 48 hours there is
I look forward to them, too, because there is NO way I'm going to pay to watch them!
All these RUclipsrs are great and all but there is nothing like a full length episode not covered 100x by everyone just with different deliveries!
Burned murdered husband, no tears...got caught,...crying.
She definitely is in the footage from the store ! It looks exactly like her
Its hard to fool children because they're looking when adults are not... they're very observing and perceptive. People keep discounting their wisdom because of their innocence.
Very well said 🗣️👏🏾🎯. My mother always said children are sponges 🧽 and when you think they’re not looking and listening they are. You can recall a day and time and incident and ask them what happened and they would run the whole scenario down to you. Geniuses!
I'm very impressed with the maturity of this young man.
He is 30 years now ..
I wish the father was better at his life choices for the sake of his son 😢. What happened to him is horrible but now David is in heartbreaking agony. I’m so sorry David, your tears just made me truly sad. I pray to God to give you strength, peace and joy.
The boy's name is Nicholas.
