It’s amazing what Thailand is able to do and how big they are able to make homes with using under 1,000 sqft because in the USA they would use up so much land area 😊.Nice beautiful home by the way with a good sized living room and huge swimming pool.

Just viewed a semi detached house here in the UK for more or less the same price as this. It requires total renovation. In Hua Hin, Thailand, Gim shows me a 3 bed 2 bath house with a swimming pool. I have just instructed the selling agent in the UK to forget my interest. I have come to the conclusion property in the UK is just not worth the price plus the country is rapidly going down the drain. Seriously considering packing up and moving to Asia.

Foreigners can’t own land, but you can rent land for a few decades and build a house on it, but you will have to give you the house in the end.
Another option is to marry a local and the local can buy the land for you guys to build your house on. If you divorce, then she own the land and you have to move.
Best option to protect you investment is to buy one or more condo units, because foreigners can own up to 49% of the units in a condominium.

Those flimsy glass sliding doors give me the jitters about being burgled. Although I do realise that Thailand isn't a cess-pit of crime and violence like England has now become.

It’s for everyone but of course foreigners such as us can afford it most Thai people cannot afford these new homes in Thailand as you can see it’s over 6 million bhat but not even $200,000 usd but they do have installments that u can make on all of there homes so don’t worry you won’t have to pay the entire amount in full.
Prices just keep going up lol. Honestly you will never use the pool. Such a waste of space
