I speak from a perspective of a German in Germany , thinking to go to Thailand for a while.. Renting in Germany costs from lowest minimum €600 - €800,- average +- or even more PLUS side costs, depending of the area of course. And people are mostly struggling to pay that, everyone is working their aßßeß off... Nearly NOONE here is able to AFFORD such unrealistic prices anymore, same in USA, CA, UK etc etc.... it´s just a necessaty, a duress, catched in a trap to have a roof on top..... Unfortunately I am out to rent for such prices as offered .... If I´d leave for Thailand, then I look for something far far cheaper and there is 100.000s of free luxury condos around for USD 200,- +- from Hua Hin Bangkok to Pattaya and still the are buildung more (even worldwide!). DO YOU KNOW WHY !? I DO ....! So why paying 4x more than necessary (or even buying something at risk)? Honestly be realistic with prices. Just putting a "modern bed, toilet and artificial marble etc etc is already standard . I do understand the perspectice of the owners who offer such rooms and wish you that you find customers but i have doubts for longterm, unless its for a holiday from 1-3 months ....
It’s pretty nice but to live full time the master is quite small. I was thinking a desk for working or something would be included since the dining room and kitchen is small. But it’s really nice and being that close to beach is awesome

That is way high for that in that area. If it is modern and lux with a beach view from the condo maybe, but it does not have any of them.

These are some of the most ignorant comments I ever read...if you can't afford it, then simply move on to something that fits your budget.
It's obvious some of you have not traveled to any of the other islands in Thailand. 30K is quite affordable for something this beautiful while only being steps away from the beach.

Just subscribed to your channel , my wife and I just loved that condo . Were moving to Hua Hin end of this year and the condo is one of our favorites. Keep up doing similiar condos in future videos

$840 a month in the US would just cover taxes on a condo like that. Then another another $800 in HOA Fees. That's all before you pay your mortgage.

Lots of cheap Charlie's on here who think anything over 6,000 baht is a rip off. Just because they don't mind living in a old run down apartments that probably has roaches and no AC and is 25 m² doesn't mean that everyone else wants to live the poor life. Some people have the money to get this and would be very happy here.

Way 2 much$. JOMTIEN 300$ LT one month- 6 mo. One year. Plus gym, sauna, steam room, pool tables, library, 3 swimming pools, big common areas, Cafe, restaurant, laundry ect. 4 min walk to beach. Plenty 1st class accommodations.

If you live in Thailand as a foreigner and you think this is expensive then you made some huge financial mistakes in your life. Just because you're struggling to live off of 30,000 to 45,000 baht a month doesn't mean that other people want to live and just get by. My condo in Bangkok is 75,000 baht per month and I live in a Ramada branded penthouse. $850... I can easily drop that in one night in thong lor hanging out with some of the hottest women in Bangkok and not those 45-year-old bar women you try to hook up with in Pattaya.
That unit is overpriced. It's Hua Hin. Nothing to do there. Nothing to offer aside from a quick tourist trip. The reason why these channels are on YT is to pitch overpriced units like this to naive western foreigners who will make the mistake of comparing what they pay in their country to the price they pay for this unit. For some reason you were more anxious to tell us all about how much you spend which is funny and sad. People like you who go to Thailand so they can feel wealthy because back in their home country they're struggling to get by. Such people are in fact losers. Oh and to defuse your likely response that I'm broke, I'm actually very wealthy. But I don't tell everyone what I spend because it's childish.
