Know might be boring, Bhat buses/routes in Hua Hin video IMO would be a great topic/resource. Lots of these for Patts/Jomtein... not many on Hua Hin (know there is maps etc, but really like the visual learning of a video). Really glad to see you making content on the western side of the gulf as part of your expat journey. As always, appreciate your videos.

Liked and subscribed after watching just 2 of your videos. Why?
    Video quality 10/10
    Audio quality 10/10
    Staying on topic 10/10
Only things as a viewer that would be nice for me personally is: on screen text, just 1 second longer and showing the locations on a Google map.
Also, anyone that says y'all is a friend of mine!
Keep up the good work. I plan on looking at a couple places when I'm in Bangkok next week.

Hua Hin IMO is a great place to retire. Maybe not the best for party people, but plenty of other activities for those that prefer a more moderate party lifestyle. I’ve lived here for two years after 6 months living in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is nice but I prefer Hua Hin.

Nice large condo and clean, but 15k, I would be expecting a nice one bedroom for that money. Not keen on the fact that she is happy to rent daily or weekly if I was to be there for long term, too much coming and going with the attendant noise/lack of respect for others that this seems to bring with it. Well stocked kitchen area though! 😊

@@andrewoakley4957 after looking at what they are charging on Airbnb for studios in huahin 15k baht seems like a steal to me. The prices on Airbnb right now are absurd and not much better than bangkok - for a place in central huahin for a decent place we are talking 700 - 1200 USD!

@@Dave_Tae an old 2 bedroom house with outdated furniture, no aircon etc for 6k. It can be done but not with Western expectations. The Thais can live on 25% of what a westerner would need because of expectations. If a westerner can live in a true Thai style then the numbers are expensive but the numbers truly represent what the average westerner would require.

Not bad for a holiday but for living longer terms it's so poor.

Poor for you is not the same for others. Be careful not to offend with your comments. You are not the only one watching, and not everyone has your taste.
