those high ceilings on the first room 40m2 are great one of the best rooms ive seen for 10000 baht wish i could take advantage of a deal like that but will be another year before i get out to thailand full time, thanks for sharing and all your hard work johnny.

i really like the look of these. I like the fact that I could grow plants and herbs in the kitchen thanks to that fantastic window feature. Very intimate with the hedges as well. The pool is what sold me. I love swimming.

Great apartment. Good price. Quite different from your average apartment. One problem; open spaces, high ceiling. Electric bill could be a problem depending on kwh price & how hot it gets in the apartment night & day. Love kitchen set up; especially electric oven. Don't use microwave. 👍🇻🇳🏠
It's not exact, but if you want to convert baht to USD quickly in your head, just take off a zero and divide by 3. So 10000 baht. Take off a zero you get 1000, divide by 3 you get roughly $333.
The standard of fixtures seems to be decent, but I find the overall look and floor plan layout to be super odd. It looks too disjointed with that tiny kitchen and the fridge near the bed. I don't get the overall idea or thinking behind the layout design. A bit too quirky for me. Decent price though, for sure.

It's funny how nobody ever have an oven. It's like if the food is so cheap that nobody really cooks more then a breakfast in their small condos :P

Cool. That first pad was nice, but the thought of having an open kitchen and coming across a man-eating spider would be a giant red flag.
Jonny it would be nice to know with rentals in the area is there lots of restaurants and things to walk to or is vehicle necessary.
Yes is in a fairly central location with some great restaurants mostly seafood restaurants actually because it’s so close to the beach
I like the first one. You get a couch and the extra 3 sq meters is more noticeable…is part of the 40 Sam the outdoor kitchen?

Wow, my building sevice charge for my apatment Is 300 GBP per montht, we don't have a pool or fitness, and tv/ internet is 50 GBP per month!
