When I wire 132k --> to Thai Batt, can I expect a Thai income tax bill once I spend over 180 days in Thailand? The answer is yes. I also will be taxed on every dollar I spend in Thailand. So why buy? And, why live in Thailand? I can use the taxes that Thailand wants to travel all over SE Asia and spend a few months in each country and rent.

Plus there are only 2 burners (in Australia, everyone has 4, plus a fan-forced oven with gril) Also having the toilet and shower open to the kitchen is really poor design. I rent my apartment like I rent my girlfriends. I free to move quickly very quickly. On the run. I thinking to go live in Vietnam , easy to buy. Good luck to sell.

This condo is literally across the street from the airport. So if you love the sounds of airplanes taking off and landing, this is the condo for you.
