Bei Thai Häusern muss man immer auf Risse im Mauerwerk achten, die kommen nach kurzer Zeit. Elektrik ist auch ein großes Thema. Regenrinnen nur als absolutes extra.

The home is very nice the only thing missing is a inside laundry room for washer and dryer Putting a washer outside is just not my thing and I like a dryer too My home here in siracha washer outside I hate it coming from usa I’m going to have to build a room .

@@faranghomes Thanks for the reply I already bought (well it’s in my wife’s name) a new home in sriracha. Never again the developer said this is the way it is if you want to change the home get someone to do just that . Personally I asked I don’t know anyone here neither does my wife . Rude and to top that off the house has had cracks outside that I fixed myself and poor paint work outside as well. I ended up painting almost half the home and the retaining wall. I can’t wait to see the owner of this property I going to show him the crappy work. I have plenty of photos I hope the builder there is top notch.

This house is near Hua Hin which is a couple of hours from Bangkok 😊
In the Netherlands, this would be EASILY 800k dollars. It's amazing how Thailand maintains a more reasonable price vs quality housing ratio despite the demand.

Compare Thailand to Netherland in land size, income, living standards. Not many Thai live like this, possibly less than 3% because of their low income. Not to mention the law governing ownership. All of these houses are based on lease and not ownership, it's against the law for foreigners to own properties. This kind of scheme is to attract real estate business to this kingdom which it means jobs and currency. You can visit and stay for a month with barely $200 rental, much better than the headache of ownership in any kind

Men please be careful in considering buying a stand alone house in Thailand. Unless you are registered with a Thai business or married, you CAN NOT buy a house. (Look at condos). If a Thai women divorces you, she has the lawful right of taking 100% of the house and if a lawyer tells you different, then he is scamming you, most likely with her and if the Thai business is lost, then the Kingdom WILL take your house. Please do what is best for YOU. Do not pay these prices for even a condo. It is only worth what fools are willing to buy. Condos that were the top of the line (and still today) 10 years ago will go for 60k usd, so don't be in a hurry to buy a new condo for 90k+ for the Farang price.

Brand new beautiful houses only they were able to be build because foreigner pay for it! Unfortunately, none of these foreigner buying are owning the property. It's simply a lease, no more or less! Selling price is much lower than the price you pay today. There are so much houses and condo for sale, some go dirt cheap so they do pay for maintenance and HOA fees. Thai law serve their people not outsiders! Even if you are married to a Thai, she will control everything despite you paid the full price tag
Luxury houses do not have visible pillars in the corner!

@@damirprazina7414 foreigners can't own a land in Thailand and if the business signed a lease deal with you for 30 years close their doors. The Kingdom will overtake over your house as that entity signed a lease deal which is rendered non existent! It's a big legal system build to attract investment but doesn't give any guarantee over it's liability! Just rent a place and enjoy your time. A permanent residence need some deeper thinking and some consideration.

You have to be a Thai citizen to own land, however, there are ways to purchase a house as a foreigner such as through a Thai corporation or Thai spouse, or a 99-year lease. You will never own land as a foreigner.

I bought a house without a pool, but we have in our project a great community centre that offers a really big pool and gym. cheers mate.🍻
