These homes seem to come up short on kitchens, closet space, and storage. I would also want see to the construction specifications- type of foundation, etc. if I were a serious buyer.
Because in Thailand you eat out.
Why would you cook?
Because not everyone wants to have street food every day, and it's nice to have friends over for food a bbq, etc.

Superficial is when something or somebody is trying to seem like something they/it is not. So its like being pretentious or not being genuine. Artificial is when its not natural and is a replica.

Hua Hin is a tourists city. Most of these pool villas are meant for holiday home instead of permanent stay. That's why we can see the bedrooms are lack of space for wardrobes and the kitchen is pretty simple.
Very cute weekender house, but not a residential house. Absolutely no closet space in the bedrooms or sinks in the bathrooms. No storage spaces of any kind. Stove? Dishwasher? Clothes washer? Are clothes dryers not a thing in Thailand? Can farangs own these houses? Thanks...

How much does the land cost ?
Land is this area, is around £120,000 - £140 000 an acre, that's about 2,250,000 baht a rai. If you don't live in Thailand, you might find that quite hard to believe - nonetheless.

I am wondering how much the Air Quality will suffer when all of these new communities are fully populated with all the related infrastructure and Traffic Increases ? I believe the Thai Gov Should be planning for this, and consequent increasing water shortages.

Thanks for converting the Thai Baht price to USD. In future videos, could you also convert the square meters to square feet? That would be useful for Farangs.
No farang uses sq ft except for Americans.
Its not hard to say, for example. "Hey google, how many square feet is 280 square meters",and presto google tells you 3013 square feet..
Lucky there is a thing called Google..

I live in one of the lowest cost of states in the country. 120 thousand dollars even in my state would almost put you in the ghetto level neighborhoods. With a low cost of Labor and materials you could upgrade that house to western style and still be at $150,000. I do agree it is better to rent those homes based on the rules of ownership. There are thousands upon thousands of condos and homes over there with extremely low rent that are absolutely beautiful.

I don't know man. I mean, yeah, you COULD buy a house in Texas for $120k, but if we are being honest, it would be a shithole and/or in the middle of nowhere. This property is brand new, and close to the beach.
