The lack of a kitchen inside would be a dealbreaker for me even for 150k.

The "architect" of this home should be FIRED. No cooking in the kitchen? You have to go outside in the heat or rain to cook meals? In a house that costs over $150k US Dollars? That is crazy! Even the smallest efficiency apartments in Thailand renting for less than $200 USD have a kitchen to cook in. A swimming pool is not more important than having a kitchen inside to cook in.

I would add a breakfast bar where the marble table is as there is not enough food prep or storage, and glass door rather than curtains in the bathroom would improve this further. I know some old Thai homes have outdoor kitchens..but how can you sell a new home that costs over $150k USD..which is a lot of money to build a home in Thailand..and NOT put a kitchen inside it to cook in?! I would never buy a home without a kitchen inside to cook in..and much less for this much money. The kitchen is the heart of a home. It is where family and friends gather to cook and eat and socialize. But you want me to go outside in the heat, rain and with bugs to cook my meals..and still charge me $150 thousand dollars for my home? That is crazy! Who cares if a home has a swimming pool if you don't even have a kitchen inside to cook in? Pools are not important..inside kitchens are. Even Gim looked unhappy talking about this. She knew this was a bad home design. Please don't insult us by offering such a poorly designed home costing so much money that only an idiot would purchase without an indoor kitchen! ☹👎
