Am I right that there was no wardrobe in the master bedroom, and also no oven or hob in the kitchen?? I also didn't see any AC units anywhere, but that could just be camera angles. I'm sure most of us would prefer to know about this sort of stuff rather than what the chandeliers look like.

@Farang Homes thank you. This is the sort of info it would be really useful to include in your videos. As I said, I don't care about chandeliers. I do care about AC, a functional kitchen and somewhere to put my clothes.
@@faranghomes why don't the houses have central air conditioning there? with that, the whole house can be cooled at the same time.
@@toddinthemiddlea series of mini splits is significantly better than western whole house AC systems. They are cheaper and much more energy efficient. They have mini split systems that all talk to one central control - like your phone

You get a 30 years lease as part of it, when you want to sell, the buyer gets a new 30 year lease. It’s all good.

Just a hint for you.
That kitchen had a Granite top not marble. Small stones in the pattern not grain lines as in marble, Granite is also can be called stone, as kitchen designer I suggest Real Marble in kitchen is not good. To acceptable to stains. Although rich people will risk that and very rare in Thailand. Now marble tops you see now in kitchens is fake man made quartz these are a similar strength as natural stone or granite.

nice place but they should of put glass doors on all showers and included a stove and refrigerator. It would not of cost much and would make it much more appealing. Craftsmanship looks good overall.
Windows should have screens when you open, especially tropical areas.

It's impossible unless you have a Thai wife and put 51 percent of the property in her name or you deal in a legal gray area by using opening a Thai Corp.
You can buy a house on anyone else and You can do it by the lawyer agency as You will but it on someone else and You will be having rental agreement 🤝🏻 with someone from LOCALS and You will be renting the house with property for the 60 years or something like that.
But seriously I don't know if this is intelligent idea 💡 especially because the property isn't Yours 🤷🏼
So yeah get a wife or make a kid as in adoption and do it on the old fashioned way. Also you must pay the monthly payments as extra money for this person who You are buying this house for the Government Representatives Purpose as the Local IRS alternative.

Aren't there any houses that have a proper pool that is at least 20-25m in length? The one in this and many other videos are not pools, those are bigger bathtubs.
You can't swim in them, just get wet.
And there seems to be no privacy in houses like this, cause the neighbours are right on the other side of the walls to 3 sides.
Diese Bauweise ist aber leider normal in Thailand. Es gibt Häuser mit großem Garten. Einen 20-25m privaten SwimmingPool habe ich jetzt noch nicht gesehen aber viele dieser "Gated Communities" haben neben dem eigenen kleinen Pool oft auch noch einen Community Pool und der eignet sich dann tatsächlich auch zum schwimmen. Auf Anhieb fällt mir in Hua Hin eine Anlage ein in der ich auch schon selbst gewohnt habe 2021. Sie nennt sich "Banyan Resort". Zum Banyan Resort gehört auch ein eigener Golfplatz und man kann dort ganze Häuser im Bali Style mieten. Meins hatte etwa 130 qm Wohnfläche, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, riesiges Wohnzimmer und ne manierliche europäische Küche. Mein Haus hatte eine ähnliche etwas größere Badewanne im Garten stehn aber es gab halt noch den sehr langen Community Pool weil die Häuser die keinen eigenen Pool haben wurden entlang eines sehr langen aber nicht sehr breiten Pools gebaut der sich über das ganze Gelände schlängelt.

Nice houses, but I wonder why there is no decent garden. With such a villa you would expect a garden which is minimal the size of the house, creating also some privacy. Are ground prices so high, or is there another reason?

I don’t see any partition or divider between the shower and the toilet. So if you take a shower, water will splash everywhere in the toilet.

2000-4000 baht per month electric depending on how much AC you use. water 50-100 baht. slightly more for pool.

@@stephenpavy2501 I think diffrent. I stood in Hua Hin for 8 month in 2021 and there are also many quiet spots there. You dont need to live at a road in Hua Hin if you dont want.
Hin Lek Fai Area is huge, you can see maybe 50 or more gated communities above Hua Hin. So you just need to choose another gated community with a house not close to a busy road. There are more houses for sale or rent.
The wierd thing for me on these video's...any of these not just this person they seem to focus allot on things you never really would. You get this light which is nice cause it lights up the area. Seen vids were there telling you about a very expensive very nice place and talk about how it comes with pillows. Sorry I just started noticing a pattern.

I think that will alleviate a lot of anxiety from living in a foreign country without any support system.

Can a foreigner buy a house?
Nope unless you have a Thai spouse or open a Thai corporation and buy it under the corporation but it's really a legal grey area in Thailand and is risky. It's truly sad most countries around the world allow foreigners to buy homes.
There no refrigerator ,no stove , there’s no air conditioning, the fountain doesn’t work
No armoire or closet in any bedroom , not even a Thai kitchen
