Wow what an amazing accommodation there Chai. What a nice treat for you guys. Good on you. Yes, I've been there once with the family. This brings back some amazing memories and looks pretty much as it was 20 odd years back. Thanks guys 🤩
That’s so nice! I’m glad I can bring back some memories this way 😍 I’m glad you were able to visit it too. It’s a very nice calm little getaway:) have a great weekend champ Steven! 🏆
Nice little town. My wife lived here for a while as a child. We haven't stayed the night there for a long time but we often stop for crab on the beach at Cha Am, as a detour on the way to Pranburi or Sam Roi Yot. A lot of students used to go there during holidays.
Ey mate, thanks for watching 😊 it’s so nice if you can make a stop here once in a while. I mean, there are not many more things better than coconuts/beers and crab at the beach. Have a great one 🏆
Ah - Cha Am with the whole families - beautiful 😃 Looks like a great time to be there with the crab festival - A famous area for Crab 🦀 - luv the hotel - great video my friends and Hello from Hua Hin 🤩 - take care
Thanks mate! Man! If we were still there we could have met as Hua Hin is a small drive away. I love a good amount of crab at the beach 😍 have the best time! 🥳⛱️☀️
Hey Champ! Sorry that i don't always find in myself the energy to comment and say a few words but still always watching and always liking 😊 By the way, that little hint at the beginning about the future plans..... Wow! Congratulations!! I hope everything works out the way you dream it. I wish you both the best ❤ Cheers...🍻
Ey mate! Thanks for saying that 😁 I definitely don’t want you to feel any pressure to comment 🙏🙏 good to know you’re watching regardless if you’re commenting or not mate. Haha yeah I mean we might as well 🤭 let’s see how we go 🥰 have a great weekend Göker. Really nice to hear from you! Cheers 🏆
Cha-Am looks like a really great town to experience a bit of local life. The accommodation looks amazing. Did I hear that there might be a wedding in the near future??? How exciting 👏👏👏
So good to see you chai and noona and her family in this amazing video, beautiful hangout place, i love to explore local places where only locals are there, delicious 😋🤤 yum yum seafood , my sister says hi to noona , you are made for each other chai ❤️🥰😊 lot's of love to both of you guys and may god protect you both from evil eyes. ❤️😊✌️🫶
Aw thanks a lot :D it was nice to combine this trip with family time while being able to film our experiences. I'm glad you enjoyed this one! Noona is amazing ❤️ 🤭 🥰 cheers mate 🏆
It is true that these spots are becoming more popular, but the real Thailand is still out there waiting to be discovered 😊 I'm sorry you feel this way about me
Hoi chai en nuna we zijn daar net weg zijn daar 7 dg geweest ook naar de festival. Ons hotel is juist de andere kant op. Veel mooier zee daar wij hadden een appartement
Cannot believe that I have missed this video from 5 a months ago Chai! My husband and myself do plan on heading over there for the first time in February or March of 2025! We will be in Thailand from December to March this time around……thanks for posting this 😊 BYW- has anyone ever told you that you and your girlfriend look great together? Totally a beautiful match 😉
Haha! March is around the corner 🤩. Maybe we bump into each other as we will probably be back in Cha- Am again around that period. Aw that's lovely of you Marietta 🥰 Thank you ❤️
You were keen eating that seafood without cooking it. Unless it was icy cold when they gave it to you. You could end up on the toilet for a day like that. I like how quiet the streets are and safe to bike around but that might get boring quickly. I like Patongs Otop markets and the little bars out the back. Not priced too bad and away from Bangla Rd. So still busy enough to have a good night but not super crazy like Bangla rd. Also Cha Am reminds me a little bit of Kamala beach in Phuket. I couldnt tell you if its priced better I only went to Kamala once. Ok the festival street looks more like normal Thailand I'm used to. I think Cha Am would be a good place to live because I wouldn't want to party every night and places like Pattaya are too much. Plus when you live somewhere it is different than when you are holidaying somewhere.
Great video mate. If you can, can you do one on the budget accommodation in Cha-Am pls? In Aussie dollars too if possible since I'm sure that many of your viewers are Aussies just like me. One month, 3 months and 6 month stays prices would be much appreciated too pls. Cheers from Down Under.
No worries I got you: 📍| This is filmed in Cha-Am, Thailand: maps.app.goo.gl/6brA6VeKYFWhthRB8 🏨|. We stayed at Tara Mantra Cha-am: www.booking.com/hotel/th/tara-mantra-cha-am-resort.en-gb.html
@@Chai_Travel I'm was born in Thailand and my family moved to Canada when I was 4 years old. My wife and I are approaching our golden years of retirement and we're planning a trip to Hua Hin to check out retirement villas and now seeing your video, Cha Am is possibly on our radar as well. Thank
@jaxen-x1216 that’s so nice :) I’m happy for you two 🥰 Cha Am is a great place to retire I think. I’ve been talking to quite a few retirees and they all seem very happy there. Thanks for saying hi in the first place 🙏😊
A plastic soup believer I see. Did you know that if the story of the "great pacific garbage patch" was true, we would see it from the plane and on satellite images? Ergo, it is not true.
My budget is up to $4,000 USD per month if needed and not less than $1,000 USD per month. I am Robert age 70 and 275 pounds and want to lose weight also my health is ok. I want to VISIT, VISIT a Country for 3 months to lose weight and to get in better health. I want a SAFE, and warm weather in the months of Dec-March. Please help and thank you. Aw thanks! Thanks nice to hear 😁 have a good day

Ey, the seafood is perfectly cook alread ;)
I have several fond memories of Cha-am and Hua Hin.
Good times 😍
Hey mate great video, where was the actual beach where you had seafood please? 😁
Thanks! Right in front of Tara Mantra Resort: maps.app.goo.gl/QzWjXCrefPTnkV1CA?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy you’ll love it 😍
Hi Champ Chai! If you get married to Noona, does that mean you will be granted a Thai marriage visa?
Yo Kevin, no it doesn’t as she has a Dutch passport 🥲

@nixbondi have a good one mate 🦘
Great video. How would you compare Cha-Am beach to Bangsaen Beach?
Thanks! Cha Am is way nicer to chill at the beach. 💯
What a name of the hotel..
Tara Mantra. Some additional info will be in the description
Cha Am beach so nice place
Nice Crab festival maket. 🤗🙂🫰❤️🏖🏝🌴🎉🎊
❤️❤️❤️
You been to Bang Sen? that is where Thai people got to for the weekend from Bangkok.
Yes :) it’s nice but I prefer Cha Am. Thanks 🙂
Do they have grab or bolt service in Cha Am?
They have Grab for sure
Can is swim
And go to beaches in October
You can on good days but it can rain a bit in October in Cha Am 🙏
Name of the hotel please
You’ll find all info in the description 😊 please let me know if you can’t find the info you’re looking for 🙏
Since Cha Am is so near to Hua Hin, why not go to the latter, which is more beautiful, instead..
Why didn't you record the "NAME" of the resort you stayed at because your accent is difficult the pick up the name of the resort?????
Hello, I hope all goes well for you 🙏 I did as usual in the description. I hope this was useful to you
I'm sorry, I don't see where you had written the name of the hotel resort you stay in?

Aha
How much for a single person that does not drink or smoke and age 70 to stay in Cha-Am for (3) three months in a decent to nice hotel?
I’d say 9k will be enough excluding flights & insurance. You’ll stay in a nice hotel/condo and are able to eat what you want and travel around a bit
@@Chai_Travel So it would cost $3,000 USD each month.
Sorry, I meant for hotel, food and activities. If you wanna stay in a condo or nice hotel, you easily find something very nice for 1K usd per month
How much could/would it cost for a nice apt for one person for 3 months?
I think you’ll be very happy living someone near the beach for 600usd per month
My budget is up to $4,000 USD per month if needed and not less than $1,000 USD per month.
