Zucchini with Scrambled Eggs

We were so blessed to have a large harvest of zucchini. Today we explored cooking zucchini with scrambled eggs. We added some freshly picked basil, store-bought cherry tomatoes, and some basic seasoning. It turned out okay.

Thanks for the encouragement. My kid said it needs work 😀. We harvested three more zucchini’s ready for cooking.
