Most cheaters are dog water, and when they're losing, they tend to rage, the cheat providers promise them a certain experience, just check some website after a major ban, they go in on the cheat providers. I've been on this subject since MW2019, it's 10x worse now because it's just about every game I play.
1 thing i wanted to point out is that soft cheating just refers to cheats that arent rooted into the game while hard cheats are. both are just cheating

Without aim assist it’s literally almost IMPOSSIBLE to aim on controller. The thumb stick simply isn’t precise enough compared to a mouse and if it was removed completely it would just make controllers completely non competitive for 99.9% of people and even the select few who put it insane amount of practice without AA on controller would simply be outclassed by the precision of a mouse. Not to mention it would demolish the console player base making balance decisions like this based solely upon n PC players complaining about AA. This is coming from a console player btw, and interestingly I almost NEVER am skeptical of other console players it’s AAAALWAYS PC controller players just dominating lobbies doing insane movement and having unbeatable aim. Personally I’m not a fan of pc console crossplay in ANY competitive fps and am generally skeptical of a lot of super high performing players on pc controller in xdefiant specifically. I wonder if the problem is some kind of program, macro, or Cronus on pc not the aim assist itself honestly.
I hate cheating, let me tell you what happened last night in call of duty. First the positive my friends and I had some fun times but we had three matches last night where we ran into cheaters. One cheater seemed to be using something that sped up his movements like he was the Flash, the other two were wall banging and aim boting it ruins the experience. I don’t get it either I have fun just being an average player why do you have to cheat to inflate your performance? It’s stupid.
The dumbest thing about it is majority of the people who do it are above average players... They don't realize that gameplay alone isn't going to bring RUclips views or twitch viewers or any of that and maybe they think that they can fake it online until they make it to the opportunity to earn money off of games and competition or something or even cheat in online competition... Another bad thing about it is there's so many people using things "mildly" to where it's not always obvious, sadly content creation has probably contributed to the cheating more than anything else...it all comes down to $ So many teenagers with no social skills or personality running around cheating hoping to be the next big thing
Many reasons why someone would do that, one being fun of it, another could be the reward of stomping others without having to put any effort. Its stupid but it is what it is. Going from above average player to top 0.1% takes too much for the losers who dont have the willpower.

I didn't think it'll be programmed on console fps, too.😹 which also worries me about the a.i scripts & monitors in the future. I tried kbm on console mwiii a few days ago & the weirdest setting I saw was aim with mouse combined controller. So basically like copilot.
People have modded accounts in gta online(justified for the predatory microtransactions), people are speedboosting in nba 2k, my old high school classmate was cheating in 8 ball pool using aim hacks. Your telling me people aren't using hacks for fps games? I dont know if it's the majority, but i know there are people doing. Very common in the streaming world.
there's a ton of non streamers putting ttv in their name since 2019ish and RAGE HACKING not even streaming just thinking ppl would say "hes a streamer hes good" lool
@dartlinfps and the worst part is that they shoot the exact amount of bullets whether it be 3 or 5 shots to kill someone every time. Every human sometimes shoot half or full mag. Perfect bodyshots can also be a indicator.
The truth is your 100% right, even when they do cheat they deny it when ousted. I have said before elsewhere that the cheating is so much more than anyone realises, glitchers/hackers/2 boxing and all the rest of the names given to those methods of trying to win adds up. I would say the percentage of cheaters is above 50% across the board in all games from PC to console and even now the phone. Have a great weekend also.
it's been said at least 60% of players have admitted to some form of cheating in their lifetime of gaming, not sure if they're talking rare candies on pokemon and missingno or if they mean aimbotting or if they just mean spawning weapons and vehicles in gta lol...prob anything totally, but I wouldn't be surprised if 50% of ppl playing fps games using something to cheat
yea it's wild, I think good controller players would benefit from it being less strong bc there would be more of a skillgap, aa in cod is so strong it almost feels like ur watching the game and controlling it telepathically
I will never understand the hate against aim assist. Coming from a console player to be fair, If I thought MnK was the better input for the game I like, I would use it instead of complaining about it. My problem is specifically PC controller players in xdefiant because it seems like they have INSANE movement and aim to the point it’s hard for me to believe they’re not using some kind of program or macro to jump shot and crouch spam while shooting me perfectly (who is a console controller player). It is possible they’re using paddles which I don’t have but it’s frustrating when it’s never an issue against console players only PC and I’m always skeptical how legit it is.
The word "nobody" immediately makes that statement untrue. Sad how that is often parroted in lobbies and comment sections when we KNOW with various forms of evidence all over the net that MANY people are cheating & attempting to cheat. Thats one reason why i wont spend money on a COD game

So theres a lot to take in with this - As a console player _(primarily)_ I dont see any issue with rapid fire, auto hold breath or anything like that - It just removes a button press and allows free's up your brains processing power for aiming and movement. That being said, I have thoroughly tested Cronus and XIM on COD, to see if the claims of it manipulating the Aim assist makes you essentially have an aimbot, and I can safely attest that it is not the case, as for recoil control, it only works if you use specific guns, and you'd have to programme in a new setting for any other gun, so you couldn't just pick up an AK47 if you have it set to M4A1 for instance. It would need to be a new programme you'd have to switch to. So there isnt a one size fits all. _(it also depends on attachments too as changing them would increase the variables)_ As for XIM, if you desperately want to have a subpar experience of using a KBM in a below 60fps game where its inputs need to be recoded on the XIM, adding 30ms delays to movements then be my guest - The addition of Aim Assist on a KBM is THE MOST JARRING experience you can have. It is more of a hindrance than benefit. Scripts on PC are not as uncommon, but again, a script to hold breath when aiming or to rapid fire isnt cheating, is it an unfair advantage? - I guess so, but if you dont have the dexterity to spam fire etc, then its essential right? Recoil control on KBM is the easiest thing in the world to do, you'd need separate scripts for separate guns and a way to switch between them easily, movement scripts, I can understand why you might want those, if you couldn't jumpslide, slide cancel or bhop, but again, I dont consider it cheating, is it good sportsmanship, no not really. Then we have the ESP/Aimbots - PC players can download and use undetectable cheats EASILY, some of the most recent controversies on Twitch was that almost all of the TOP Call of Duty Warzone players have used ESP (walls) to some degree or another, Aimbot on PC is harder to spoof without getting caught, as a human aiming to a headshot has variance where as a robot is a straight line. so in conclusion; Using scripts or external devices to increase your firerate or hold breath or auto sprint, slide etc are fine, in my eyes - They dont really ADD much, they reduce time spent doing something and help you focus on the game, scripts that lower recoil sound like a massive pain in the ass, so if you do that then you're more patient than me. The XIM and Cronus dont work properly on PS5 anymore, Sony is cracking down on that quite well. But IDK why you'd want to use these devices anyway, they just add a delay, normally between 5-20ms worth. Which if you're a competitive player seems counterproductive.
Lol thanks for your input I don't think auto breath is rly bad or sprint, the auto aim is think ppl refer to is just aim assist after the recoil scripts somebody spent a lot of time making for specific guns since at that point aim assist is basically GTA aim assist partial if the recoil is rly low due to a personalized script (aim assist in general is just rly strong and most ppl don't know how to use it intentionally by mostly moving the left stick)
Cheaters are *ALWAYS* going to ruin my day, and they've made me stop playing CoD yet again. My teammates screwed this other team so bad that I didn't have the heart to go back. Being up against cheaters is so normal nowadays. But you never expect to be teamed up with them. They tend to enter queues with a team already set up, or run exclusively solo. Anyway, since cheating culture is only expanding, I just started camping in XDefiant. The community is so tiny now that I almost never get a match anymore, but when I feel up to dealing with the numerous issues with the PC version of the game [and they're pretty damn bad!], all I do is camp CTF for wild K / D's. It's the best anti-cheat I've ever experienced lol

thank you, they don't make somebody a better or SMARTER player, but they can give inhuman levels of CONSISTENCY when it comes to recoil control, shooting a basketball on nba 2k, building on fortnite with 1 button press cranking 90s or whatever they do over there, silent shot on cod where it essentially throws the knife and hides your player position on the killcam bc you're not ads on the cam (OP in snd modes) rapid fire etc... all this said most janky situations in online games are usually chalked up to connection based stuff, but there's 4000 new cheaters every month around the world just off amazon (just with cronus, if you add in strikepack and xim it's 10000 ppl purchasing these monthly on amazon alone)

I can't wait to see how many ppl claim false positives when they get caught, it will probably happen, but AI will have a high accuracy and be right MOST of the time once it is trained properly with enough data
It's probably going to take another 5 years or something all jokes aside, these companies are barely willing to pay the bill to keep the servers online let's be real, the only time they have ai running in the background is in between matches during that long loading time when they're curating your next win or loss for you 🤣😂 I think in order for it to be implemented properly they would have to put less players on each server(not smaller lobbies but less lobbies per server) and allocate a good amount of headroom to be able to run a proper AI in real-time... What they are likely doing is collecting data and then running it through an AI looking for anomalies AFTER, this would explain when you are stuttering really crazy in war zone after killing a player who may be reporting you bc the system is taking snapshots of your gameplay frame by frame... The fact that that's the way that it's being done leads me to believe that they are cutting corners to save as much money as possible rather than really digging in and doing it the right way

Nytefall has a cronus zen and admits to it. He said he only used it in firing range for stat/research purposes and to sell scripts in a different game. It gives me an uneasy feeling. It shouldnt be in possession. As a mnk player, already have to battle against aim assist... yea mnk users were abusing this exploit to get aim assist in "the finals"

Some people do legitimately use it a lot of people actually way more than there should be... I've only seen one player personally that I thought was using it and it was just because their jump strafe looked identical every time and their name was something stupid like "mymovementsux" it was in a controller only lobby and the person would do the same exact jump strafe even if they were jumping out from a left hand corner or a right hand corner so it led me to believe that their air strafe was automated basically, it kind of went against the whole idea of the person being like a good player with good game sense and stuff Because it wasn't fundamentally sound A player at the level that they were playing at would know how to benefit from the fact the game has a right handed view model I was popping off with a sniper the other day and I was like 14 and 1 fairly quickly in a match and somebody on the enemy team kept spam inviting me to their party, didn't get a message or anything lol but I think they thought I was up to no good
Cheating will never be tolerated for me. The fact that I will ruin the gameplay for myself and others, then loose sleep to edit the video and upload nonsense is just so ridiculous to me. All cheaters will NEVER prosper, just get good or uninstall.
the sad thing is I think as technology improves and gets more and more affordable, cheats will evolve as well as the detection methods, I think it will always be a reactionary defense game on the side of anti cheat which always gives the first move to the cheaters, but hopefully technology can help uphold competitive integrity once it gets better

A lot of people don't seem to mention the aim assist abuse Cronus provides. It's at disrupting as aimbot but definitely interferes with gameplay. Cronus has been around since about 2009 but it was a older model, the "Cronus Max" Cronus was used to perform some famous trickshots from the original MW3, MW2 era. Also it is somewhat of an issue in old Battlefield games on console. Certain clans squad up while using cronus and just pub stomp unsuspecting players. I call it soft cheating because it's not as noticeable as someone using PC cheats. I say someone is soft cheating when it could be hard to tell when someone is cheating sometimes or when seemingly it looks like the cheater is try to hide the fast that they are using cheats.
I think it's a fair distinction to make bc it's not reading the game memory, it's just assisting the aim assist that's already doing a good amount of helping (rotational aim assist, as well as aim assist slowdown especially being incredibly strong and way stronger when the recoil is being mitigated for you)
@@dartlinfps my apologies, I mean't to say Cronus aim assist abuse is not as bad as aimbot but still takes the aim assist to a inhumane level. Aim assist requires the right inputs on the analog sticks to activate but what cronus aim assist abuse always has aim assist activated at a inhuman level. It takes time and dedication to master how to use aim assist and it takes energy to be consistent with aim assist also but these guys use cronus to abuse aim assist. It's not aimboting but it's basically a device doing the inputs at a inhuman level for you. It's unfair for the people who take the time to master aim assist and everyone else playing with them. I have seen some crazy k/ds from Cronus aim assist abuse users. Plenty of 100-5 K/Ds.
I'm not gonna lie i think the statements in the first 15-20 seconds of the video can be applied to any growman that puts in part time hours on video games they practically have the same unfair advantage as cheats against players who don't and can't play compulsively
AI may be good at picking up the repetitive patterns but it cannot do anything against randomizers (min / max number range) delays if implemented (most likely already exist on maybe 2 keyboard macro. btw soft cheating in my era was actual cheaters using "legit" configuration with very low aimbot speed and fov, macros existed and nobody gave a **** about that cause its mostly all about aim and the real problem is the actual existence of this mechanism "strafing" it should be nerfed enough (like adding a cooldown of .5sec if you spam A and D) to lose its advantage so players can play in a human way. PS I know this comment will be controversial for some but this is my personal point of view.
They are nerfing strafing on xdefiant, I wonder how it will do, in my opinion some movement doesn't work well online because it causes the hitbox of the player to be not where it visually appears, I'm sure the new razer keyboard that has zero delays and strafes before letting go of the a or d key the moment you press the alternate key also offers an advantage
@@dartlinfps also, using autoit script i could reproduce what i said in previous message by using Sleep(Random(25,75)) for random delays between 25 and 75 aswell as sending virtual keypresses but idk if anticheat detect those kind of program
I had a script running, and started up XD, and it didn't let me in the game, with a warning about 3rd party software, that felt good, it was detected. I had accidentally left it running. I play a lot of shooters, and just about everyone I encounter seems to be cheating. There's no mistaking someone following you through walls, slowing down to pre-aim, because they see you through walls, and then the player that only melee's you from the back only. Not to mention the language cheaters use, map awareness, sticky aim, I play 12 hours a day, without fatigue kicking in, or reaction time slowing down, the excuses are endless. When you call them out, they group up, and rage on you. I've worked too hard, and purchased items that I don't want to lose from being banned permanently, for that reason I don't use scripts in multiplayer games. Once I'm almost certain I'm being aimbotted & walled, I just report, block and leave. When I'm spending a lot of time doing that in a particular game, I delete it from my system completely, unfortunately it's the games I really like, nothing's sacred anymore. I don't play BR's anymore, too much incentive for kids to cheat, you can make a whole career of cheating nowadays.
it's def the worst imo in BR games more than anything else, it's in all games for sure, but the higher stakes in br and the fact most are free I think on xdefiant we have less cheaters by virtue of the fact the game is not as popular as a BR but there are some... even warzone does new bs like doesn't tell you the enemy has a uav anymore (at least on rebirth) so aside from blatant wallhacks on a killcam, you can't tell how somebody knew exactly where you were unless they previously took your teammate out and got a map ping or something...I think they don't announce uav anymore to try to mask how bad the cheating problem is on rebirth warzone
In my own opinion the only acceptable macro is a turbo on left mouse click _IF_ the game has both a firerate limiter and buffer on semi-automatic weapons. You can easily reach those firerates consistently without a macro, but man can it be nice to not end a gaming session with a mild cramp in your hand. Buuuut, if there's no buffer or the semi-auto firerates are too high I do consider it cheating. Don't be scummy and try to hide behind accessibility...
that's a great point, I often bind my jump to mouse wheel down in order to not have to spam my space bar (started bc I used to tap strafe on apex, but started using keybinds like jump on mouse down, whatever it was that made you tap strafe on mouse up (walk forward?), and battery on the side mouse button) the jump on mouse scroll felt rly good on apex...I still have yet to try "free scrolling" on doom games, some of those speedrun clips look INSANE lol sorry for ranting you're right tho
@@dartlinfps Nah, ranting is ok :3 I personally also got some macros for deep rock galactic. One for using an exploit to rapidly deposit minerals into the mule(Is only like two buttons with easy timing but I'm lazy lol), and another for A-D-A-D spamming to break free from being frozen and stuff. Deep rock is a PvE game so I don't really have a problem with peoole doing that kinda stuff there. But in PvP games it honestly should be done to a minimum. Maybe if you can backwards slide in some games, it'll be ok to bind that to a macro since depending on how you bind your crouch/slide key it can be more difficult to execute. Darktide(PvE game) has a a slide like that and with me having bound crouch to C an dodge to Alt, I've been craving a macro lol

The thing with third party services to unlock camos its down right cheating to get a camo u couldn't unlock naturally. So they end up buying the unlock tools. And yes some RUclipsrs promote their services towards the end of the video or right at the beginning and tbh its really ducking stupid to claim that ur good when really your just ass its blatant cheating and it has to stop. For those of us who did the grind and unlocked the camos kudos to u for the struggle to show hey i did this. U guys are the veterans and deserve it. Lol no I've been playing for a while, just first time making a video about it on xdefiant, doing pretty decent for my small channel I'm on PC and play both inputs, I think there's more script kiddies on controller than kbam on this game
I don't disagree with the video at all. But take the same argument and apply it to modern aim assist. It lowers the skill ceiling and raises the skill floor. It's not human input after it goes through all the filtering. I don't think aim assist is inherently bad, I think aim assist nearly perfectly tracking dead center on enemies with minimal human involvement is bad. Out of all of the titles I've played, the only ones I could give a fuck about have traditional aim assist or none at all. I don't want to watch "competitive" players play an fps game where they all have the same exact aim. To that point, all of these devices target those games. Which, to be honest, who the fuck cares. They aren't competitive to begin with.
10000% I think AA makes regular pub players look the same as pros, I remember watching clips of somebody I think it was cellium on cod and he got an 8 piece and i was like "an 8 piece looks so much cooler on kbam" lol imagine if cod pros had no AA at all just like they don't use auto tac sprint etc maybe not NONE at all but a reduced amount to where it's more "reasonable" since kbam players seem to be leaving in droves when I play on controller I feel more like I'm watching the game than playing, it feels like I'm controlling the game with my mind rather than my body LOL
@@dartlinfps Rotational aim assist needs to be toned all the way down. It's unreal to me that there's an entire franchised esport where the only thing to appreciate is strategy. In an fps game. From a franchise that has historically, relative to other fps titles, been very lacking in strategic depth. Makes no sense. Chess tournaments are more interesting than CDL.
Had a cheater on the team in RANKED my boy whos really nice drops 20s consistantly thought he was nice at the game.. i caught on FIRST GAME with him bc he just knew how to get out of the craziest situations. He joined up on us & after a couple games *poof* disappeared ricochet got him & my boy was shocked he was really cheating 😂 i said bruh they almost all cheatin on here while we over here playin legit its annoyin!
Lol yup there's a ton of cheaters and the sad thing is companies want to keep them on bc they will boost the player count or sometimes purchase accounts that have made in game purchases (aged accounts with trust factor)... Some people will even buy things on the account that they are cheating with because it makes them less likely to get banned than a cheater just using an unlock tool... They now have a purchase history...If somebody looks like a legit player and also buys things in game, they probably have to have way more reports than somebody who is a low-level player on a new account to get banned

I honestly think it's in every FPS game whether it's Cronus or another variant lol it's a virus... I honestly don't see a need for it when it's possible to do the same thing in game as it does legitimately the only thing that it really adds is the fact that it's going to do it perfect every single time so the human factor is kind of removed
honesty unlock tools for paid skins and bundles is alright they are already predatory, now unlocking stuff like gold camos and achievements is pretty lame, like you said in the video it is taking the prestige away.
Give an inch and people will take a mile and I don’t think selling cosmetics for money (even if a bit overpriced) is necessarily predatory especially in a free game and I would consider it stealing since that’s how free games stay afloat and make any kind of money.

I aint gonna lie i started using cheats in R6s on pc after 9 years of the game i have seen the game get worse and worse cheaters getting more and more wild to the point i swear at least 50% of the community is cheating if not more like the ban over 10k cheaters last month alone. I only joined because i have gave up on the community and the developers as they clearly do not care nor listen to the community as this season they are focusing on a AI text chat moderation tool instead of detecting cheats and hacks. So im not going to lie i cheat because im done caring and supporting the developers and the community until the game actually gets as good as it was like year 2 or year 3 was and how fun it actually was when they cared. Hate me or don't i do not care.

as a cheater I'm disapointed you didn't mention that cronus can give aimbot. You may or may not know but many big creators get white listed by the devs and the corruption runs very deep . even i think the corruptions digusting. in regards to your harsh comments for me its not that deep so i play for fun and if i get banned i just make a new account and keep going because no ban can actually stop me if i try. I do however agree the cronus is in fact cheatinng.
it's what it is at this point. the companies care less than the players do lol... I think the cronus "aimbot" is just a bit slower aim assist, it never looked like it was pure aimbot, just stickier aim assist due to lower recoil and possibly even packaged as aimbot while just being recoil scripts that make the aim assist way stronger by giving some movement inputs to ensure rotational AA is always kicking in...I never personally used one but I imagine it's similar to using macros except for controller...I might be totally out of the ballpark, I just think they have macros that access what the avg player doesn't know such as aiming more with the right stick on controller etc... honestly the whole thing is kinda tiring, it's like arguing whether the meth salesman is better than the fenty guy or the H man sellin that boy after all cronus isn't reading your memory, so it's "soft cheats" compared to aimbot and wallhacks, still an advantage though whether somebody considers it cheating or fair game bc they paid for it

I have it low I just turned it up too much afterwards...I need to start mixing it in headphones rather than the desktop speakers (you're hearing my noise cancellation cutting my pc fan out that's the hiss type hot mic noise...really i just gotta buy an audio interface and use my real mic and not this cheap usb mic, my interface just works with mac so it's not compatible with my pc) gotta get a focusrite scarlet or something...prob for the moment I can just have less gain though I still hear the artifacts even with it lower though and it bothers me lol thanks for confirming im not the only one hearing that and that it would prob sound better (best temporary method I've found is put a blanket over myself and the mic while recording) maybe I should record my audio away from my pc on my other computer so the mic doesn't have 6 fans to pick up lol SERIOUSLY thanks for the heads up I have been kinda paranoid about the audio lately and I know it's prob subconsciously turning some ppl away without them pinpointing exactly why

Part of the issue is content creators are seemingly trying to “OK” cheating because they or their friends do it. The only defense for a Cronus that I agree with is if someone has a legal disability (For example, severe nerve damage or only 1 hand), then I’m okay w/ them using a Cronus or modded controller.

Most cheaters are dog water, and when they're losing, they tend to rage, the cheat providers promise them a certain experience, just check some website after a major ban, they go in on the cheat providers. I've been on this subject since MW2019, it's 10x worse now because it's just about every game I play.
1 thing i wanted to point out is that soft cheating just refers to cheats that arent rooted into the game while hard cheats are. both are just cheating

Without aim assist it’s literally almost IMPOSSIBLE to aim on controller. The thumb stick simply isn’t precise enough compared to a mouse and if it was removed completely it would just make controllers completely non competitive for 99.9% of people and even the select few who put it insane amount of practice without AA on controller would simply be outclassed by the precision of a mouse. Not to mention it would demolish the console player base making balance decisions like this based solely upon n PC players complaining about AA. This is coming from a console player btw, and interestingly I almost NEVER am skeptical of other console players it’s AAAALWAYS PC controller players just dominating lobbies doing insane movement and having unbeatable aim. Personally I’m not a fan of pc console crossplay in ANY competitive fps and am generally skeptical of a lot of super high performing players on pc controller in xdefiant specifically. I wonder if the problem is some kind of program, macro, or Cronus on pc not the aim assist itself honestly.

I hate cheating, let me tell you what happened last night in call of duty. First the positive my friends and I had some fun times but we had three matches last night where we ran into cheaters. One cheater seemed to be using something that sped up his movements like he was the Flash, the other two were wall banging and aim boting it ruins the experience. I don’t get it either I have fun just being an average player why do you have to cheat to inflate your performance? It’s stupid.
The dumbest thing about it is majority of the people who do it are above average players... They don't realize that gameplay alone isn't going to bring RUclips views or twitch viewers or any of that and maybe they think that they can fake it online until they make it to the opportunity to earn money off of games and competition or something or even cheat in online competition...

@dartlinfps and the worst part is that they shoot the exact amount of bullets whether it be 3 or 5 shots to kill someone every time. Every human sometimes shoot half or full mag. Perfect bodyshots can also be a indicator.
The truth is your 100% right, even when they do cheat they deny it when ousted.
I have said before elsewhere that the cheating is so much more than anyone realises, glitchers/hackers/2 boxing and all the rest of the names given to those methods of trying to win adds up.
I would say the percentage of cheaters is above 50% across the board in all games from PC to console and even now the phone.

I will never understand the hate against aim assist. Coming from a console player to be fair, If I thought MnK was the better input for the game I like, I would use it instead of complaining about it. My problem is specifically PC controller players in xdefiant because it seems like they have INSANE movement and aim to the point it’s hard for me to believe they’re not using some kind of program or macro to jump shot and crouch spam while shooting me perfectly (who is a console controller player). It is possible they’re using paddles which I don’t have but it’s frustrating when it’s never an issue against console players only PC and I’m always skeptical how legit it is.

So theres a lot to take in with this - As a console player _(primarily)_ I dont see any issue with rapid fire, auto hold breath or anything like that - It just removes a button press and allows free's up your brains processing power for aiming and movement.
That being said, I have thoroughly tested Cronus and XIM on COD, to see if the claims of it manipulating the Aim assist makes you essentially have an aimbot, and I can safely attest that it is not the case, as for recoil control, it only works if you use specific guns, and you'd have to programme in a new setting for any other gun, so you couldn't just pick up an AK47 if you have it set to M4A1 for instance. It would need to be a new programme you'd have to switch to. So there isnt a one size fits all.
_(it also depends on attachments too as changing them would increase the variables)_
As for XIM, if you desperately want to have a subpar experience of using a KBM in a below 60fps game where its inputs need to be recoded on the XIM, adding 30ms delays to movements then be my guest - The addition of Aim Assist on a KBM is THE MOST JARRING experience you can have. It is more of a hindrance than benefit.
Scripts on PC are not as uncommon, but again, a script to hold breath when aiming or to rapid fire isnt cheating, is it an unfair advantage? - I guess so, but if you dont have the dexterity to spam fire etc, then its essential right?
Recoil control on KBM is the easiest thing in the world to do, you'd need separate scripts for separate guns and a way to switch between them easily, movement scripts, I can understand why you might want those, if you couldn't jumpslide, slide cancel or bhop, but again, I dont consider it cheating, is it good sportsmanship, no not really.
Then we have the ESP/Aimbots - PC players can download and use undetectable cheats EASILY, some of the most recent controversies on Twitch was that almost all of the TOP Call of Duty Warzone players have used ESP (walls) to some degree or another, Aimbot on PC is harder to spoof without getting caught, as a human aiming to a headshot has variance where as a robot is a straight line.
so in conclusion;
Using scripts or external devices to increase your firerate or hold breath or auto sprint, slide etc are fine, in my eyes - They dont really ADD much, they reduce time spent doing something and help you focus on the game, scripts that lower recoil sound like a massive pain in the ass, so if you do that then you're more patient than me.
The XIM and Cronus dont work properly on PS5 anymore, Sony is cracking down on that quite well. But IDK why you'd want to use these devices anyway, they just add a delay, normally between 5-20ms worth. Which if you're a competitive player seems counterproductive.

Lol thanks for your input I don't think auto breath is rly bad or sprint, the auto aim is think ppl refer to is just aim assist after the recoil scripts somebody spent a lot of time making for specific guns since at that point aim assist is basically GTA aim assist partial if the recoil is rly low due to a personalized script (aim assist in general is just rly strong and most ppl don't know how to use it intentionally by mostly moving the left stick)

Cheaters are *ALWAYS* going to ruin my day, and they've made me stop playing CoD yet again. My teammates screwed this other team so bad that I didn't have the heart to go back. Being up against cheaters is so normal nowadays. But you never expect to be teamed up with them. They tend to enter queues with a team already set up, or run exclusively solo.
Anyway, since cheating culture is only expanding, I just started camping in XDefiant. The community is so tiny now that I almost never get a match anymore, but when I feel up to dealing with the numerous issues with the PC version of the game [and they're pretty damn bad!], all I do is camp CTF for wild K / D's. It's the best anti-cheat I've ever experienced lol
theres def way less cheaters on xd than cod lol just bc it's a smaller game and cheat making is less profitable

thank you, they don't make somebody a better or SMARTER player, but they can give inhuman levels of CONSISTENCY when it comes to recoil control, shooting a basketball on nba 2k, building on fortnite with 1 button press cranking 90s or whatever they do over there, silent shot on cod where it essentially throws the knife and hides your player position on the killcam bc you're not ads on the cam (OP in snd modes) rapid fire etc...
all this said most janky situations in online games are usually chalked up to connection based stuff, but there's 4000 new cheaters every month around the world just off amazon (just with cronus, if you add in strikepack and xim it's 10000 ppl purchasing these monthly on amazon alone)

🤣😂 I think in order for it to be implemented properly they would have to put less players on each server(not smaller lobbies but less lobbies per server) and allocate a good amount of headroom to be able to run a proper AI in real-time... What they are likely doing is collecting data and then running it through an AI looking for anomalies AFTER, this would explain when you are stuttering really crazy in war zone after killing a player who may be reporting you bc the system is taking snapshots of your gameplay frame by frame... The fact that that's the way that it's being done leads me to believe that they are cutting corners to save as much money as possible rather than really digging in and doing it the right way

Nytefall has a cronus zen and admits to it. He said he only used it in firing range for stat/research purposes and to sell scripts in a different game. It gives me an uneasy feeling. It shouldnt be in possession. As a mnk player, already have to battle against aim assist... yea mnk users were abusing this exploit to get aim assist in "the finals"

Some people do legitimately use it a lot of people actually way more than there should be... I've only seen one player personally that I thought was using it and it was just because their jump strafe looked identical every time and their name was something stupid like "mymovementsux" it was in a controller only lobby and the person would do the same exact jump strafe even if they were jumping out from a left hand corner or a right hand corner so it led me to believe that their air strafe was automated basically, it kind of went against the whole idea of the person being like a good player with good game sense and stuff

the sad thing is I think as technology improves and gets more and more affordable, cheats will evolve as well as the detection methods, I think it will always be a reactionary defense game on the side of anti cheat which always gives the first move to the cheaters, but hopefully technology can help uphold competitive integrity once it gets better

A lot of people don't seem to mention the aim assist abuse Cronus provides.
It's at disrupting as aimbot but definitely interferes with gameplay.
Cronus has been around since about 2009 but it was a older model, the "Cronus Max"
Cronus was used to perform some famous trickshots from the original MW3, MW2 era.
Also it is somewhat of an issue in old Battlefield games on console.
Certain clans squad up while using cronus and just pub stomp unsuspecting players.
I call it soft cheating because it's not as noticeable as someone using PC cheats.
I say someone is soft cheating when it could be hard to tell when someone is cheating sometimes or when seemingly it looks like the cheater is try to hide the fast that they are using cheats.
I think it's a fair distinction to make bc it's not reading the game memory, it's just assisting the aim assist that's already doing a good amount of helping (rotational aim assist, as well as aim assist slowdown especially being incredibly strong and way stronger when the recoil is being mitigated for you)

Aim assist requires the right inputs on the analog sticks to activate but what cronus aim assist abuse always has aim assist activated at a inhuman level.

I'm not gonna lie i think the statements in the first 15-20 seconds of the video can be applied to any growman that puts in part time hours on video games they practically have the same unfair advantage as cheats against players who don't and can't play compulsively
Prob applies to anything in life rly some ppl could say the same thing about exercise or money related stuff
AI may be good at picking up the repetitive patterns but it cannot do anything against randomizers (min / max number range) delays if implemented (most likely already exist on maybe 2 keyboard macro. btw soft cheating in my era was actual cheaters using "legit" configuration with very low aimbot speed and fov, macros existed and nobody gave a **** about that cause its mostly all about aim and the real problem is the actual existence of this mechanism "strafing" it should be nerfed enough (like adding a cooldown of .5sec if you spam A and D) to lose its advantage so players can play in a human way. PS I know this comment will be controversial for some but this is my personal point of view.
They are nerfing strafing on xdefiant, I wonder how it will do, in my opinion some movement doesn't work well online because it causes the hitbox of the player to be not where it visually appears, I'm sure the new razer keyboard that has zero delays and strafes before letting go of the a or d key the moment you press the alternate key also offers an advantage

@@dartlinfps also, using autoit script i could reproduce what i said in previous message by using Sleep(Random(25,75)) for random delays between 25 and 75 aswell as sending virtual keypresses but idk if anticheat detect those kind of program

I had a script running, and started up XD, and it didn't let me in the game, with a warning about 3rd party software, that felt good, it was detected. I had accidentally left it running. I play a lot of shooters, and just about everyone I encounter seems to be cheating. There's no mistaking someone following you through walls, slowing down to pre-aim, because they see you through walls, and then the player that only melee's you from the back only. Not to mention the language cheaters use, map awareness, sticky aim, I play 12 hours a day, without fatigue kicking in, or reaction time slowing down, the excuses are endless.
When you call them out, they group up, and rage on you. I've worked too hard, and purchased items that I don't want to lose from being banned permanently, for that reason I don't use scripts in multiplayer games. Once I'm almost certain I'm being aimbotted & walled, I just report, block and leave. When I'm spending a lot of time doing that in a particular game, I delete it from my system completely, unfortunately it's the games I really like, nothing's sacred anymore. I don't play BR's anymore, too much incentive for kids to cheat, you can make a whole career of cheating nowadays.
it's def the worst imo in BR games more than anything else, it's in all games for sure, but the higher stakes in br and the fact most are free
I think on xdefiant we have less cheaters by virtue of the fact the game is not as popular as a BR but there are some... even warzone does new bs like doesn't tell you the enemy has a uav anymore (at least on rebirth) so aside from blatant wallhacks on a killcam, you can't tell how somebody knew exactly where you were unless they previously took your teammate out and got a map ping or something...I think they don't announce uav anymore to try to mask how bad the cheating problem is on rebirth warzone

In my own opinion the only acceptable macro is a turbo on left mouse click _IF_ the game has both a firerate limiter and buffer on semi-automatic weapons. You can easily reach those firerates consistently without a macro, but man can it be nice to not end a gaming session with a mild cramp in your hand.
Buuuut, if there's no buffer or the semi-auto firerates are too high I do consider it cheating. Don't be scummy and try to hide behind accessibility...
that's a great point, I often bind my jump to mouse wheel down in order to not have to spam my space bar (started bc I used to tap strafe on apex, but started using keybinds like jump on mouse down, whatever it was that made you tap strafe on mouse up (walk forward?), and battery on the side mouse button) the jump on mouse scroll felt rly good on apex...I still have yet to try "free scrolling" on doom games, some of those speedrun clips look INSANE lol sorry for ranting you're right tho

I personally also got some macros for deep rock galactic. One for using an exploit to rapidly deposit minerals into the mule(Is only like two buttons with easy timing but I'm lazy lol), and another for A-D-A-D spamming to break free from being frozen and stuff. Deep rock is a PvE game so I don't really have a problem with peoole doing that kinda stuff there. But in PvP games it honestly should be done to a minimum.
Maybe if you can backwards slide in some games, it'll be ok to bind that to a macro since depending on how you bind your crouch/slide key it can be more difficult to execute. Darktide(PvE game) has a a slide like that and with me having bound crouch to C an dodge to Alt, I've been craving a macro lol
@@NorthEevee great point I think it's all good in pve modes esp for repetitive tasks like button spamming tasks, at a certain point, it's not immersive anymore lol...I could maybe see myself use it on something like sprinting on gta or riding a bike on there in single player, running and tapping x or shift or a button is kinda tiring on there, I would switch to first person mode on gta5 so I could hold the sprint button and just run
The thing with third party services to unlock camos its down right cheating to get a camo u couldn't unlock naturally. So they end up buying the unlock tools. And yes some RUclipsrs promote their services towards the end of the video or right at the beginning and tbh its really ducking stupid to claim that ur good when really your just ass its blatant cheating and it has to stop. For those of us who did the grind and unlocked the camos kudos to u for the struggle to show hey i did this. U guys are the veterans and deserve it. But take the same argument and apply it to modern aim assist. It lowers the skill ceiling and raises the skill floor. It's not human input after it goes through all the filtering.
I don't think aim assist is inherently bad, I think aim assist nearly perfectly tracking dead center on enemies with minimal human involvement is bad.
Out of all of the titles I've played, the only ones I could give a fuck about have traditional aim assist or none at all. I don't want to watch "competitive" players play an fps game where they all have the same exact aim. To that point, all of these devices target those games. Which, to be honest, who the fuck cares. They aren't competitive to begin with.
10000% I think AA makes regular pub players look the same as pros, I remember watching clips of somebody I think it was cellium on cod and he got an 8 piece and i was like "an 8 piece looks so much cooler on kbam" lol imagine if cod pros had no AA at all just like they don't use auto tac sprint etc maybe not NONE at all but a reduced amount to where it's more "reasonable" since kbam players seem to be leaving in droves
when I play on controller I feel more like I'm watching the game than playing, it feels like I'm controlling the game with my mind rather than my body LOL

Had a cheater on the team in RANKED my boy whos really nice drops 20s consistantly thought he was nice at the game.. i caught on FIRST GAME with him bc he just knew how to get out of the craziest situations. He joined up on us & after a couple games *poof* disappeared ricochet got him & my boy was shocked he was really cheating 😂 i said bruh they almost all cheatin on here while we over here playin legit its annoyin!
Lol yup there's a ton of cheaters and the sad thing is companies want to keep them on bc they will boost the player count or sometimes purchase accounts that have made in game purchases (aged accounts with trust factor)... Some people will even buy things on the account that they are cheating with because it makes them less likely to get banned than a cheater just using an unlock tool... They now have a purchase history...If somebody looks like a legit player and also buys things in game, they probably have to have way more reports than somebody who is a low-level player on a new account to get banned

Give an inch and people will take a mile and I don’t think selling cosmetics for money (even if a bit overpriced) is necessarily predatory especially in a free game and I would consider it stealing since that’s how free games stay afloat and make any kind of money.

I aint gonna lie i started using cheats in R6s on pc after 9 years of the game i have seen the game get worse and worse cheaters getting more and more wild to the point i swear at least 50% of the community is cheating if not more like the ban over 10k cheaters last month alone. I only joined because i have gave up on the community and the developers as they clearly do not care nor listen to the community as this season they are focusing on a AI text chat moderation tool instead of detecting cheats and hacks. So im not going to lie i cheat because im done caring and supporting the developers and the community until the game actually gets as good as it was like year 2 or year 3 was and how fun it actually was when they cared. Hate me or don't i do not care.

as a cheater I'm disapointed you didn't mention that cronus can give aimbot. You may or may not know but many big creators get white listed by the devs and the corruption runs very deep . even i think the corruptions digusting. in regards to your harsh comments for me its not that deep so i play for fun and if i get banned i just make a new account and keep going because no ban can actually stop me if i try. I do however agree the cronus is in fact cheatinng.
it's what it is at this point. the companies care less than the players do lol... I think the cronus "aimbot" is just a bit slower aim assist, it never looked like it was pure aimbot, just stickier aim assist due to lower recoil and possibly even packaged as aimbot while just being recoil scripts that make the aim assist way stronger by giving some movement inputs to ensure rotational AA is always kicking in...I never personally used one but I imagine it's similar to using macros except for controller...I might be totally out of the ballpark, I just think they have macros that access what the avg player doesn't know such as aiming more with the right stick on controller etc... honestly the whole thing is kinda tiring, it's like arguing whether the meth salesman is better than the fenty guy or the H man sellin that boy
after all cronus isn't reading your memory, so it's "soft cheats" compared to aimbot and wallhacks, still an advantage though whether somebody considers it cheating or fair game bc they paid for it

Unlike many cheaters tho im honest with myself , i accept its wrong, i accept that making excuses is stupid and i do it because it benefits me .

I have it low I just turned it up too much afterwards...I need to start mixing it in headphones rather than the desktop speakers (you're hearing my noise cancellation cutting my pc fan out that's the hiss type hot mic noise...really i just gotta buy an audio interface and use my real mic and not this cheap usb mic, my interface just works with mac so it's not compatible with my pc) gotta get a focusrite scarlet or something...prob for the moment I can just have less gain though I still hear the artifacts even with it lower though and it bothers me lol thanks for confirming im not the only one hearing that and that it would prob sound better (best temporary method I've found is put a blanket over myself and the mic while recording)
maybe I should record my audio away from my pc on my other computer so the mic doesn't have 6 fans to pick up lol SERIOUSLY thanks for the heads up I have been kinda paranoid about the audio lately and I know it's prob subconsciously turning some ppl away without them pinpointing exactly why

Part of the issue is content creators are seemingly trying to “OK” cheating because they or their friends do it.
The only defense for a Cronus that I agree with is if someone has a legal disability (For example, severe nerve damage or only 1 hand), then I’m okay w/ them using a Cronus or modded controller.
yeah cronus has a few legit uses, but most ppl r just abusing it, content creators honestly have messed up gaming to some extent and I think alot of the younger kids are under some impression they can cheat their way into a content career with NOTHING but gameplay and that's just sadly not how it is except maybe on tiktoks or something
for example the dude "Rockynohands" plays with a freakin quadstick and beat elden ring...dude is literally quadriplegic and can play games pretty damn good
