Would love to see some more videos like this, I got into mycology about 2 years ago and absolutely fell in love with it. It's been a bit of a struggle figuring out how to get started, I thought maybe Farmers markets would be a good stepping stone, so I've been very curious on other people's process that are already in the game. @@longbeachmushrooms I cannot put my finger on what exactly you are doing different from other mushroom growers who have videos but I like it. Yours seem more real and usable, maybe with more focus on the practical and business elements than some others. That is especially helpful for those of us who want to create a business out of it.
I am at the stage of needing to upgrade my humidifier but it seems that most suggestions are just to buy a kit which is somewhat pricey. I'll go check to see if you have a video on that but if not a run down on fresh air and humidity, and how you deal with it given your conditions, might be another topic.

Surprised you don't use paper bags they keep the mushrooms fresher or cardboard boxes. I understand that the plastic containers are reusable but they actually do the opposite. I was just wondering your opinion on this.
