    Deadlift starts from the floor usually... lifting and walking out such a heavy weight from the rack.. idk about that..!

      i can do 8 reps now, last year I could not do even 1 rep😂😂

      ​@@shandell279 thank you for your encouragement word but your right about video like this, they're very inspiring. i hope i'll be making progress at some point, i've seemed to be doing the other four ok (perhaps not so much of the squat).
