Glad we have Jules as market correction. Dillon and Dutch are so analytical and open (respectively) that they have the potential to talk each other into and out of anything. Jules firmly sticks by the channel's reigning champion, for which i applaud him. Also, the 36 had opened up for over an hour, the 32 had just been poured, we're at the end of a 14-bottle drinkthrough(tm) - there's some variables to consider here! Great video guys, hope to see some more vegas vids from 'yall, those are always fun.
so also recently I have just tried the dewars double double twenty one mizunara oak seven hundred and fifty mil paid one hundred dollars Canadian. It’s absolutely amazing in my opinion.
My mother and virtually her entire family drank Dewars white label for nearly a century. Had to buy a handle for her funeral and they drank every drop.
Hey guys, re-watching this video. I’ve never tried any of the Dewers whiskeys but just recently bought 2 27 year-old double doubles for $67 apiece which is $50 American I think. I’m stoked. Can’t wait to open one.
i'm getting chills...they're multiplying? Jules with the "one that i want"...that's what i like about you guys..thousands of kms away...same childhood memories...
21 yr double 2x has a 750 for $81.... I haven't tried it yet, but based on this video that sounds like the ticket and place to start (and possibly stay) within the Dewar's line
If you're taking requests..i would love to see..(and taste) a Glenfiddich, glenmorangie, balvenie, bunnahabhain, arran Drinkthrough..the glenmorangie (for academic purpose) because you have the original..and all the barrels finish..
Have you guys tried the dewars double double 21 finished in mizunara oak? Im wondering how it compares to the original and if the sherry is toned down.
Impressive line-up. I think you missed a couple though; The Ilegal Smooth 8 Year (Mescal Finish) which I didn't think was great and Dewar's Double Double 21 Yr Finished in Mizunara Oak Casks which if you like the Miz, is really worth a try. Cheers.
now time for the blended blinds, great episode fellas, I wish the 25 came in at 46-52% love the taste and finish of it! The 15 is great when you are on vacation and know you probably won't finish the bottle before you leave in a day or 2
So is it safe to say that 19 yo is a great place to start? I am new to this and I appreciate the smooth line. My favorite is the Portuguese smooth. I appreciate that they tried different avenues for the price range they are.
I'm an avid fan guys.. specially Dillon..😅😅..and I'm hopin that you can have a chance to review some budget friendly Irish dram such as sexton..Jameson black barrel..bushmill blackbush..etc
If you tied Dillon’s hands behind his back and forced him to call each bottle by name as opposed to tapping on them, the quality of his presentation would go way up ⬆️. 🙏
Jutch! lol Interesting! ...I'd sure like a taste of that 36, but there's no universe where I'll pay that much for it. I did finally get that 32 after your first review of the 36. I haven't cracked it yet, but I'm glad I managed to secure one at a decent price.
I make you a challenge guys, put a cheap Cognac in between 15-25 whisky blind test!, because i think every old age whisky refined as they are they go from the same thing!
Glad the 21 Double Double is still $50 for the 375. The 27 at $125 is not a great price. The 27 isn’t 2.5 times better than the 21. Never had the 32 since it is $460 for the 375
Sitting here at work watching this video, and a thought pops into my head; do you guys really have 42 glencairins for this video? Sometimes i can't shut it off....
I only started drinking Scotch about a year ago and in that time I've avoided the super common brands like Dewar's, Glenlivet, Glenfiddics Glenmorangie, and Glenfarcles. In my head those are the equivalent of Jim Beam and Jack Daniels in the bourbon world. Basically, if it's available at nearly every grocery store then it's been a pass for me. A couple weeks back I was in Total Wine and the Dewars 19 Championship Edition was on sale for $44.99... at that price how could I say no to a 19 year age statement. Haven't gotten to the point in the video where you guys crack it but I'm not expecting rave reviews. If you guys say it's at least decent then I'll take the bottle down to share with my friends over NYE. Most of them don't drink whiskey very often so they all just want "smooth" and easy drinkers. Might fit the bill.
Thanks for not cutting the fart!

You should do a blind test with all the double doubles (21,27,32,36) to see which one wins
Dewars 32 is a game changer! I never would’ve even considered buying it if it wasn’t for y’all!
You guys killed it as always! That said... BALVENIE DRINKTHROUGH! I need it!! 😂
so also recently I have just tried the dewars double double twenty one mizunara oak seven hundred and fifty mil paid one hundred dollars Canadian. It’s absolutely amazing in my opinion.
My mother and virtually her entire family drank Dewars white label for nearly a century. Had to buy a handle for her funeral and they drank every drop.
'Stop stealing'
😂 love it
You guys are the best. Thanks for going through this DrinkthroughTM for us.

Fantastic presentation. Please do a review of the entire Ballentine range review.

Epic drinkthrough! It’s all about the journey!
First of all great video again fellas. Lastly, and most importantly, the "stop stealing" edits at the beginning had me cracking up 😂
Love the smooth graphic 😂 good stuff guys - cheers
I just saw a 21 Double Double finished in Mizunara Oak
yeah - they just released 3 new duty free bottles!
Great video. The 12 year is my daily drinker. Excellent value. 27:04
Superb drinkthrough again! Would love to see a Kavalan drinkthrough as one of the next in the series!!😊
Not the video we deserved but the video we needed.. what movieee *jules voice* 🙏🏻😅

I'm taking a hard look at the Miz. What else is aged in it besides this?
Presumably you guys poured the remainders of each glass into an infinity bottle. It would be fun to watch you sample that at the end!
now time for the blended blinds, great episode fellas, I wish the 25 came in at 46-52% love the taste and finish of it! The 15 is great when you are on vacation and know you probably won't finish the bottle before you leave in a day or 2
No one asked but everyone need it!!!
Dillon's movie quote @38:35 : Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade?
Well done
is that French cask smooth is still available in stores?
You should add a 5-point jam component to your rating system for Dillon 😂
As always, Jules is the voice of the people.
So is it safe to say that 19 yo is a great place to start? I am new to this and I appreciate the smooth line. My favorite is the Portuguese smooth. I appreciate that they tried different avenues for the price range they are.
Not a bad place to start, but the double double bottlings are a step up.
@@CuriosityPublic Maybe one day if I can afford it. lol
I put some turpentine in a shot glass and nosed it and thought Oooo Dewars white !.🤣
In England the Dewars 32 is £349.99 which $425 😢
You guys need to do a Dalmore drink through.
Got to get home quickly to watch it..and take notes..
I'm an avid fan guys.. specially Dillon..😅😅..and I'm hopin that you can have a chance to review some budget friendly Irish dram such as sexton..Jameson black barrel..bushmill blackbush..etc
Thank you for something I didn’t know I needed to see. I love the DrinkthroughsTM!
If the video is 1:11:22, how long is the unedited version?
Unedited it was about 1 hour 26 minutes.
Dillon is so arrogant that his come back to Jules was “Trust me, I swallow harder that anyone else you know!!!” 🤣
So i can get the first 13 bottles for around half the price of the 14th bottle? Lol
oh boy, i am really looking forward to this one.
I've been waiting for this one!
Dewar's 32 is $230 around me for the 375ml, not $150. Still worth it?
Oof. Too much in my book. Probably my max is ~$170
Sacrificing for the CPU....Love it!
Do you drink the rest of the drink throughs or do you pour them out?
i tried the 25 year,, very good, very smooth
I love you world famous drink through the dewars 21 is only $40 Canadian here in Calgary the 27 is $90. Canadian in the 32 is 165.
If you tied Dillon’s hands behind his back and forced him to call each bottle by name as opposed to tapping on them, the quality of his presentation would go way up ⬆️. 🙏
Jutch! lol

always entertaining! cheers

Ultra smoooooooth
Need to put the TM on Stay Curious
Are stewed fruits the only thing that matters in aged scotch as much a Dillion talks about?
the 25 is very good
Jules stay strong Jedi.
Glad the 21 Double Double is still $50 for the 375. The 27 at $125 is not a great price. The 27 isn’t 2.5 times better than the 21. Never had the 32 since it is $460 for the 375
I'm pretty sure the 32 will now go up again :(
Suggestion; lets do this again but with adding the 30 and the 37 and starting from the 21, I am game if you are , ; 0 )
Last Crusade. 38:35
Is the 12 your everage drink in the ultimate spirit competition (5/10) ?
Not sure exactly where it'd score
Sitting here at work watching this video, and a thought pops into my head; do you guys really have 42 glencairins for this video? Sometimes i can't shut it off....
Where’s the illegal smooth mezcal bottle?
"The heft is pretty good."
"There's no heft."
I can't help but feel this was a conversation with someone's significant other.
Very cool episode and I'm not a scotch guy. Impressive amount of bottles to drinkthrough.
I only started drinking Scotch about a year ago and in that time I've avoided the super common brands like Dewar's, Glenlivet, Glenfiddics Glenmorangie, and Glenfarcles. I saw the 37 at my local store for $1800... No thank you
Dewars get stuff done
I have never tasted Dewar's. 🤷
A 25-year-old blended scotch at 40% ABV. Why?
Yeah, it really could have benefitted from a higher proof point
so this drop 15 minutes ago but it has a comment already 17 hours old, THIS IS WITCHERY
members/patrons get early access!
Epic!
I asked for it 😊
🎉
Bring more scotch please
stop stealing!
