Great player, but how is that second play a highlight? Did the recovery get overturned?
Agreed! I'm here after the Lions just picked him, how is that a highlight for Joseph? And should I be disturbed that our new safety played special teams at Illinois (i.e. if he were starting safety for Illinois why would they be playing him on special teams?) All in all I think it's a good pick for Detroit!
@@laurac5865 so joseph is #25 and it looks like the kickoff fumble recovery is lost by #26... i dunno why that clip is in this video tho... joseph did play special teams for like 3 years as a depth safety who finally started as a senior and excelled but still... i dunno about that clip
my guess is to show he is willing to sacrifice himself and dive in full body to a pile of 3 bigger guys and fight for it even though he happened to lose it shows that Gritty, tough, football player mentality.
