It's not really possible to get that beautiful smooth consistency without some trick. If we over blend, it just gets crumbly. And not possible in so little oil.
Yes you can dear. Well processing or blending let it blend a minute without pulsing at a time. Sometimes I do 1minute 30 sec without pulsing. Hope that helps
