Abuja is certainly beautiful. The home looks good but the Gold furniture n decor can be way too overwhelming for me.
This particular owners choice, all are not same, you decorate with your choice colour

This is an elderly person's house and this one sef is a small thing compared to houses of young people. The gold and loud colors will tell you that it's an elderly person's house. That's how our parents like it especially the igbos, some yorubas and hausas. They like their houses like this. This is not compared to the modern style of interiors we have in Nigeria. This is luxury but old fashion style (that of royalty). Our parents like it like this 😂😂

You are moving to Abuja? Just make sure are loaded with serious dollars else you will find yourself in nyanyan! Nigeria generally is for the strong, you cant afford to be a weakling and Abuja is for those that are either rich, super rich, wealthy, super wealthy and well connected else you will find yourself in nyanyan. It's not for free.

But properties in Nigeria are cheaper, if you compare to Kenya. 150,000,000 Naira is about 27m Kenya shillings. and you can see that house here in Kenya costs something like USD1,000,000.......
Pls that house is for middle class fct residents some districts like asokoro,Villa, maitama,wuse2,aso drive etc is quite expensive running into billions of naira including furnishing

Kaduna is safe. Of course you won't take a visitor to Southern Kaduna villages or outskirts were the trouble spots are not so? Don't make it look like everywhere in Kaduna is insecure. The Nigerian Defence Academy is located there, Command and Staff college Jaji, as well as so many other military institutions okay.
