I mostly live in Lagos and many parts are very clean....as a mega city it's not an easy task cos of the population; the Lagos state govt just needs to keep up the effort and we the people need to support by stopping some of our dirty habits like throwing litter on the streets. The people too have a role in building our country not just the govt....
The parts of Nairobi you showed us have good street lighting at night. Kigali looks well organised. In the South East, European clothing sadly is more popular in the streets.
