African Tigress, you are humble enough to take a ride in the danfo. When I was in Lagos several years ago, I used to find the molue (bigger yellow bus)difficult to board and disembark because you were expected to hop into and out of the bus while it's in motion. You already know much about those areas, so you are now omo Eko

However there's multimodal transport system, which is the Bus Rapid transport system (BRT) in Lagos, a light rail system which becomes operational from August 2023, then the Lagos ride (blue cabs)water transport, and other ride hailing apps. It's a matter of choice.

That church you see in lagos island, was built by the Brazilian slave returnees who settled in Lagos. By the way, Lagos island is the first central business center before most corporate headquarters started moving to Victoria island city, ikoyi city and lekki (lekki was an island before it was sand filled to link it up with Victoria island). Meanwhile, i hope you will be able to explore eko Atlantic unlike last time? What you should do is at the entrance, if you're asked by the security guards as to were you are going. You can tell them you're going to the restaurant at eko pearl. I believe you will get entrance to that place. Don't go with bikes, or else you will be denied entrance.

Why do they allow public transport vehicles to have benches instead of proper seats. This must be very uncomfortable though a gud experience for African Tigress. In Kenya your vehicle wud be declared unroadworthy

    • @avigrett1484

The owners removed the seats and replaced them with benches to increase occupancy. They also don’t want you to fall asleep and forget where you are going. Just my thoughts.

Banks are everywhere in Lagos and every states in Nigeria while most of the head office is in VI.
Also, the EJ guy is not too good in speaking so am not very too comfortable with most of his responses, next time get a more intelligent outspoken guidance to give u better information. Lagos is great as u can see.
