I think Nigerian architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers need to sit down and watch what luxury homes and apartments look like in other countries and learn how they can bring it to life in Nigeria .❤

Planting of trees and grasses around your environment is a must in Abuja. If you watch the video well you will see little trees coming up, in 5 years time they will grow

I like the finishes, however I think they should have done something different in the kitchen, the white and gold colors are not really appealing for a kitchen of that kinda mansion. secondly the bathroom with whites and black finished should have just been left black all through. instead of all white they should have just kinda played with colours to make it more interesting. that gray wardrobe would have been made black to blend with the black colours of the doors in the room. all my opinions though.

But when will developers consider building in a lush green area that incorporates lawns, flower gardens, and natural vegetations as obtains elsewhere in the world with a long driveway and beautiful, automated gates? No central air? On, no! No landscaping! No VIEW!!!! The kitchen is too small and must be integrated with the living space, and the appliances are not modern at all. The bathrooms are too small with the hideous flow, are too closed in, no windows, I’d feel chlostrophonic in this house. I like the front exterior. All those tiles, but no hardwood flooring to warm up the space. This is a miss!!!!
