@@jezidarnells so I don’t if she was the one that bought this house …. also when you buy a self gated compound and you want clean water , you should ensure the water is running before paying for the house … if you want to buy a home if even 150m ,that they told you it’s clean water ; it’s not enough to pay… So you can’t say they lied , the client has told to play in this ..
The finishing touches are what's lacking here. door frames and windows have wonky lines painted. The glass closet areas are beautiful. The kitchen would look perfect if the LED lights were hidden but light bouncing off the walls.
The much talked about kitchen is really not great. In fact, it's my least favourite in the house for a 400m. It lacks enough counter space and the island with the cooktop looks like something you find in a starter home. There is no flow because it's disjointed and confusing having the sink in another area removed from where the action should be - the island. No doubt the house is well decorated. Anyway good job presenting it.
True for that money you can buy yourself a big land and build a very house with lot of space. As for the swimming pool in that small space 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄accident is about to happen

It's important to learn real estate terminologies and jargons just so you dont keep saying em, em for things you can't describe, plus your video will be more interesting if you really have a more beautiful storyboard.... like learn the names of things for real 😅
